I'm glad you still occasionally cruise in interior rooms. About half of the cruises I've done have been in interior rooms. Sometimes that's all you can afford. And it's lovely to see Jane again.
Hi Aimee! If money was no object I’d have a suite but I’d rather have an inside than no cruise at all. Quite a large proportion of my upcoming cruises are in inside cabins. Needs must!
The bright yellow accents and lighter wood definitely help it feel more spacious. I'm usually cruising in a party of three, with my two younger (but adult size) kids. If we get to 4 or more people, we get a second cabin. We did an inside cabin once on Disney as a party of four, but Disney cabins (even insides) are especially big. The darkness in an inside cabin definitely makes sleeping easy, but I'm not sure I ever want to have an inside cabin again because I have developed claustrophobia as I've gotten older. This looks very nice, though. I am eager to try Celebrity!
@HeatherTravels Thanks so much for watching Heather! You should certainly give celebrity a try. They are one of my favourites…. You mentioning Disney has made me want to book another Disney cruise soon!! Thanks again, David
The cabin is fine. It's just the overuse of taupe that I'm noticing on so many new ships and in redesigns everywhere. It does have room. I believe in the interior room and have no interest in suites that the cruise lines push.

omg that was my exact cabin a few months ago so amazing
It was a great location wasn’t it. Literally just outside the buffet!

I do like the modern look. But I agree it is nice to have some variety.
Is Jane his sister?
Hi. Yes Jane is my sister and she loves cruising almost as much as me!
