I had to turn this off because of the music. Please spare a thought for those of us with hearing problems. The video looked to be well shot, with a good view of all the accessories. I might go back and try it again, muted, with subtitles.😢
Sorry about that, If I could I would go back and lower the music, but sadly I can't after upload. Our newer videos shouldn't have this problem, my apologies as I was new to editing.
Hey, thank you for the feedback! Sorry, the music was a bit loud on our earlier videos! We've addressed this in our more recent videos. If you turn on closed captions, they're quite accurate, and may help.

I bought the machine from your Gillingham branch today but am going to have to look elsewhere for a Demo video . The music is ok over the unboxing but it TOTALLY ruins the commentary and is extremely irritating. I'm amazed you haven't addressed this issue, turning the music down isn't satisfactory

This was very early on in our RUclips journey I'm afraid, we do know better now, however we're unable to edit a video once it's uploaded and re-uploading isn't an option as we no longer have the original files. Very sorry for the disappointment, but at least we were able to do a demo in person.
