Thank you so much Anna. It's always great when you get to see a demonstration in order to decide whether someone wants that machine or not. You did an excellent job , well done you. Look forward to more demonstrational videos with the sewing machines that you guys promote.
I do have terrible trouble attaching the walking foot with lining up the screw with the opening because of limited space to manouver underneath the machine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated 😊
Hello, Anna suggests putting the screw slightly into the hole before putting the foot on and lower the needle slightly with the hand-wheel to help with putting the bar over the needle clamp.
Hello Annie, this machine is a quilting edition machine, which means it comes with an extension table and extra feet that are marketed as quilting feet, however, the extension table is useful for any project, and the feet especially the walking foot is great on jersey, stretch and slippy fabrics. You can quilt on most machines, just like you could make garment and home décor. There are lots of machines that are not quilting editions, like the Sewist 740DC and 780DC, the DKS30 and DKS100.
Congratulations on your achievement, hang your award in pride of place...love and thank you to you all.❤

So if this is dedicated to quilting is there a Janome that is geared for non quilting?
