You know what’s sooo extremely sad??? Is when, not if, but WHEN she comes across someone that ACTUALLY abuses her, no one, I repeat, NO ONE will believe her! If ‘crying wolf’ was a person, Amber is it!

I watched the whole trial and she is absolutely the perpetrator. The real evidence supports Johnny's testimony. His narration of the real events were gut wrenching.
Exactly! I watch the video of an interview with her assistant. The assistant share the story with Amber about a rape that it happened to her 25 years prior. Well what does Miss Amber do? You guessed it she made the story her own experience and pretty much told it verbatim as her own. She's a sick woman.

Remember that Amber, in reply to Camille asking "Why did you send these pictures of Johnny asleep or "passed out" to your friends? Weren't you afraid of Johnny finding out you are sending these to friends?", Amber replied "Why would I be?". In that moment, it was over. Amber, you are claiming Johnny beat you mercilessly repeatedly. A REAL victim wouldn't do anything that *might* upset their abuser because you are **supposed** to be afraid he'll beat you again. I don't think that moment got much attention, but it was a HUGE moment to prove Amber was faking it.
I think anyone whom watched it, caught that very moment- she basically told the entire world: “I’m not a victim of abuse, so why would I be afraid of my EX Husband” Because let us not forget, she also did say; “I am not a victim” while giving her testimony as well. She is the worst type of human being ever. She was laughing at everyone, because she thought she was going to win… It was easier for her to tell the truth, in those two statements, then it was for her to lie, for the rest of her testimony.
Someone said this already, but I’ll repeat it here:
Amber does not like to be ignored, we all know this, listening to those audio tapes, it’s clear she absolutely HATES to be ignored… So, she doesn’t care what type of press she’s getting, as long as people are watching and listening- she’s happy, and will continue to talk. I think the media and social media needs to stop giving this vile creature the space to keep spreading her lies!! She needs to be ignored, and held accountable for her lies… If more people spoke out against Amber, on national television- she’d maybe keep her mouth shut!!
I hope the jury watched back parts of the trial they weren’t in the courtroom for; like her “fear” when JD was walking towards the exit- as she gasps, and begins to walk backwards in such a calculated manner! I know the juror whom spoke out- they’ve said that her constantly staring at them, it made them all uncomfortable, and they seen right through her lies.
Abso-freaking-lutly! I grew up with an abusive stepfather and the fear of him finding out that I told someone else about his actions was overwhelming. You did not make jokes about him. If you are truly afraid of someone like that you do almost anything to not upset them because they go from "caring" to montrerous in half a second. I saw that moment and actually chuckled at the lack of research. It's like she tries to play a character she made up but sometimes forgets the characters "backstory" she clearly doesn't know what it's like to be abused.

As an ex sufferer of mental and physical abuse I can testify that even after you appear to be free of that partner they will find a way or at least to find a way to continue to barrage you with abuse. Stand up men to those women abusing you. As a former battered woman for 7 and 1/2 years, mentally, emotionally, physically and sexually. I took this entire trial extremely personal. I was angered by her pure ignorance, the fact that she believes that anyone would believe the worst acting job of her entire life. If she believes that abused women were set back by what happened then she needs to take a long look in the mirror and realize that this happened because of no one but her. Through the entirety of the trial I would scream at the television, I don't know how the jurors kept their composure during the entirety of it. In the end the fact that Johnny was able to gain back his name and his self-respect was the most important part.#justiceforjohnny ✌️❤️

I felt that same way, just dumbfounded how she really really really thought that anyone was buying anything she said. Her "acting" abilities are laughable. How could she possibly believe that she is good enough to fool the entire world. It baffles me.
I don't believe she thinks she was battered. That was a lie used to ruin Johnny and once it appeared on the cover of a newspaper she had to stick with it. I was abused, too. She didn't set us back. What she did was shine a light on the fact that men can be abused by women, just like women can be abused by men, and that it's okay for them to step forward. Johnny went through years of agonizing pain but he's free of her and her lies now, and he'll be a role model for other abused men to come forward and ask for help.
It is just amazing how men, women from all races, religion and social classes dislike Amber. And she still thinks she is above us all.

She has severe mental health issues which prevent her from seeing and feeling things like other people do. BPD is just one of the disorders she has. This is caused through trauma in her life and rejection is a major part of it. I'm surprised that noone has suggested she get medical help. She is not vile,evil etc just a very ill woman. Si much hate and these same people will virtual signal on s different site about kindness. So easy to bully behind a key board. I hope she gets help and I bet there's a nicer person underneath. It's all a tragedy at end of day.

I agree with your overall point 100%, but I still don’t think that JD has actually gotten true Justice, sad as that is. True Justice, in my mind, would include, but not limited to:
1. Him actually getting the money that she has been order to pay him, which he probably won’t because she’s now broke as a joke and probably (hopefully) won’t be hired again any time soon.
2. She have to publicly apologize and recant her accusations… that obviously ain’t gonna happen. This would also include her having to apologize to the thousands of ACTUAL survivors of DV, both men and women, for her disgusting misuse of their plight.
3. Disney and WB publicly apologize for jumping the gun and wrongfully firing him from his two biggest franchise (Pirates and the Harry Potter prequels whatever they’re called) based on hearsay.
4. AH being court ordered to STFU and discontinue her defamation.
5. She has to pay charities that she “pledged” (NOT PAID lol) the $7 million from their divorce.
Every paycheck for the rest of her life should have to go towards him and those charities, Idc if she’s making $12.50/hour at Wendy’s.

This is the best thing. The liberal media strategy was come out for Amber and play Depp's victory as the powerful male patriarchy taking advantage of the poor defenseless woman. They did this in fact they started more than a week before the verdict (the point it looked likely she would lose). They let Amber's lawyers make the rounds and lie fairly uncontested. They would have just continued to mention it periodically pointing out the abuse of the patriarchy when it played into some other story. But now with Amber making they rounds also there is too much coverage of all her lies. She's throwing a wrench in the machine.
I'm glad some of main stream media is speaking out against this bs that Amber is slinging. She claims she wants to move on with her life (another lie) but she hasn't.. She's still going around running her mouth. She won't shut up and I believe one mainstream media stops inviting her to spew her nonsense she will get the hint and go away. I am no fan of Jeannine Pirro or Fox, but on this she is absolutely right. I listened to a lot of the trial and concluded I didn't believe Amber's dramatic and often confused statements. She wanted her claims accepted because she said so without offering any medical records or police reports of domestic abuse. Nor do you need to have a lawyer's understanding of the term hearsay to know that so- called records of what Amber told her therapist over the years is whack with no corroborating reports or other witnesses. Some suggested the therapist notes could be forged, but even if accepted as real, this is still only what Amber says.
So, yeah, Judge Jeannine, you and I are together on this.
I heard audio of the doctor and nurse trying to find the rest of Johnny’s finger so they could rush him to Emergency and try to save it. In the background, Amber is hysterical, repeatedly wailing: “I didn’t mean to!”

This is the same recorded audio in which the Dr. and nurse are discussing just how much more of Amber’s antipsychotic med they should administer, to help her calm down.

I was in a horrific dv relationship. I have said right from the beginning this is NOT the actions, speech, behaviour of someone who’s been battered! She makes a mockery of those of us who have suffered through it.
I lived with a woman with the same personality characteristics as Amber. Watching Amber leaves me with an intense creepy déjà vu feeling. Like Amber, my ex- oozed charm and charisma everywhere she went, but she could switch from hot to cold and back in an instant. The small lies before marriage, turned into big lies after. Rules and agreements now meant nothing. The marriage essentially ceased within a couple of months.
The divorce lead to outright unlimited vengeance. She immediately persuaded the court counselor and court appointed psychologist that I sexually molested our toddler daughter. She did not know when to stop and she eventually did herself in with her lies and manipulations. I ended up with total custody at a time when males essentially had no chance.
My ex- still believes she is a super special person, that rules and laws did not apply to her, and I only won because I bribed or somehow manipulated everybody. Apparently because her internal feelings are so strong, they have to be right.
She was my size and weight. I was assaulted annually for a decade during her visitations, sometimes with weapons (pogo stick, baseball bat, military boots to the genitals). Each instance was documented with police & courts to no avail. Only when our daughter told the court counselor about a fist fight she had with her mother on the school grounds in 3rd grade was a restraining order finally granted. Now, going on decades, our daughter wants nothing to do with her mother, but get along fine with all the other maternal relatives (grandparents, aunts & uncles, cousins).
I am guessing that Amber held back her crazy side before marriage. I don’t think Johnny would have married such an obsessively demanding person if he had fully seen that side. I think Amber was far more likely to be the initial aggressor. His method of handling intense conflict is to retreat physically and then to use alcohol or drugs. Alcohol suppresses the more rational side of a person which might have led to his sometimes striking back. Who know exactly what happened behind closed doors, but her tendency to switch moods and become angry and his tendency to retreat, have both been documented by others.
After, both attacked where it hurt the most: Amber went after his livelihood and reputation, my ex- against my relationship with my daughter.
Thank you for sharing that so honestly. AH has caused a huge setback for honest women, but many men who have faced an AH will now be believed. I just pray that from now on, ALL victims of sociopaths will find it easier to be believed and not be judged so quickly. These people love to accuse partners of child ab#$e. Once accused, the stigma can remain for ever. There needs to be severe punishment for this crime. It is dispicable.

I was close enough to know that she was the abuser and if/when she sustained bruising it was from her violence. She would even ask him to restrain her.
Never accountable for her actions. You could wave a police report in front of her and she would find a way to spin it where she was the victim.
It is mind boggling. And yet, she can be charming and seemingly genuine when things are good.
Johnny NEVER hit her. She begged him to and he never did because he isn’t like her! Johnny is also an extremely calm man who gets even calmer when he numbs his pain with alcohol, while numerous witnesses say that Amber is violent and gets even more violent when she drinks her daily 2-3 bottles of wine. Plus the cocaine she’s been addicted to for most of her life and even snorted on the stand out of a tissue!
She would always be violent in every way then fake cry and promise that she’d change and Johnny would forgive her every time. He stayed because he was trauma bonded to his abuser, it’s a form of Stockholm syndrome. Amber is also identical to his mother, which only deepened the trauma bond and the notion that he “didn’t want to fail” at this relationship as well. Meanwhile, that idea is complete bullshit and is made to keep people in dangerous situations, like the phrase “if he hits you he loves you”.
She was planning on setting him up and framing him since before 2012. Ambers high school boyfriends all said that she beat them up then told everyone at school that she was the victim. She been playing this sick game her entire life.
There is video, surveillance footage, audio, picture, and written and spoken testimonial evidence of all of this.
Also, I’m very sorry you and your daughter went through that. It’s incredible that the court granted you sole custody.
Thank you for sharing that. My husband was abused by his ex as well. He's a big guy and she was an avg sized woman but she would punch him and throw things at him and scream at him all the time. He was raised to "never hit a woman", so he just took the abuse until he just couldn't take it any longer and left her. I met him just as that took place. She took the opportunity as a stage to tell everyone that he was a horrible person who left her and her son with nothing. The exact opposite was the truth but she was a much better actress than AH until one time in court when we were trying to get custody of his toddler son. The judge asked him to respond to something his ex said. He turned to the judge and said, "I've never met 'THAT' woman. That's not the woman I deal with outside of this court." The judge just looked at him like he was the problem and sided with his ex. Eventually though, at another hearing, something was said in court that made her snap. She finally turned into the woman we'd been dealing with and just lost her shit right there in court. The judge granted us immediate full custody and wouldn't let her have any visitation until she completed therapy. By that time though, his son was a teenager and had learned that nothing was ever his fault. All of his bad behavior was someone else's fault. He's 42 now and still lives as though everything is someone else's fault. Had the courts understood back then that men could also be the abused, my husband wouldn't have been automatically seen as the problem and it might have turned out better for my stepson.
Men are abused too. It happens even when they are physically larger and stronger than their abuser. Society needs to stop thinking that a persons gender, size, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or any other distinction makes them automatically believable or unbelievable.

I hope that she can get the help she needs. I am a survivor of abuse and I truly can not believe she continues to speak the way that she does. It took years of therapy and me learning to love myself, and healing to be the woman I am today, I agree with another person that said when and if she really is abused NO ONE will believe her.
