If this voice is a result of careful training - impressive job. If you are brute forcing it - stop, before you suffer some permanent damage to your vocal chords or go to a vocal coach to teach you how to maintain your voice while singing heavy stuff. Just an advice.
@@pascaletje9 that's what i think but i know very llittle about singing, so i give him the benefit of the doubt. I have been in a band where such vocals seemed "forced" but weren't. Even 15 years later, the singer is still in that band and still doing the same kind of vocals. EDIT: if you are going to destroy your voice, better do it while singing your own songs and not Metallica. Playing covers of your favourite bands is important for your improvement as a musician, but don't be too serious about it because the chances of replacing the guy you are idolizing is one in a million (yes i know such cases exist, one in a million)

Tell your drummer to hit it with intention. Let him know that this cover can go from good to great if he lets it flow. He's right there but he is holding back and he's a solid drummer. If he can read this, my dude.....let it fly. Be a little sloppy if you have to, Lars wasnt exactly sharp lol. Let it rip man, and trust your hits. You're a better drummer than you think you are and I can tell that from across youtube
so as the guitarrist, he got some double notes, some bugs in the solo and a lot wrong reeds he was too deep in the music, but he should calm down and start training with low bpm
