@robertd9850 I was referring to the fact that the Bama O-Line had zero holding penalties. Not a one. Face masks on Bama players weren't called either. Jimbo tried to challenge a couple calls and the refs straight up ignored him. We had our own miscues and such. Missed blocking assignments, receivers not getting open quickly enough and bad decisions by our QB but the amount of no calls was just insane.
Milroe looks like he is becoming aware of what is going on. A few plays looked like he anticipated what the defense would do and where his receivers would be.
IMO with Milroe it’s more about the line. He is the type EVERY game he will miss easy throws, make some of the toughest passes QBs have to make, have those awkward moments where he holds the ball too long or takes off too soon, but overall he will be solid *IF* he stays protected. If the line is struggling it might be a rough game for him

This was not last play FG win we owned second half and had lead for most of it and gave up 3 whole points in second half. Yes offense and penalties were nasty but we did not struggle to win we struggled to play clean and won despite that

The only good thing that happened for A&M yesterday was Texas losing. I'm angry/depressed at the A&M football program right now not because they lost. It's because they just completely fell apart in the second half. I would be fine with a loss if that team from the first half had been there for the entire game, because that would have meant they were playing to their potential. But they didn't. And Jimbo's timid game plan didn't help either, punting away on 4th and 1 or going for a FG in the final minutes when we are down by 9 and in the red zone. Just A&M once again being presented with the opportunity to make a statement and just pissing it away. Now on to get destroyed by Tennessee on our way to yet another 8-4 season (if that).

In addition, if we didn’t get the touchdown, the game would’ve been over there (since the td wasn’t a guarantee), and so the field goal was the “safe” option. But yeah overall, very discontent like you. Our Offensive line looked like Arkansas and our cornerbacks are non-existent

This is what I mean about the timid gameplan. We needed to be more aggressive and should have gone for it. We get the TD and then we just need a possession with a little time to get to FG range. We don't get the TD, then we weren't going to get one anyway, even if the onside kick had worked.

One of the most stressful games I’ve watched in a while
I breathed easy for about 3 minutes after the safety. Then we gave up a long drive but held them to a field goal. That defense is hell.
