This is low-key one of the best docus posted to this channel so far.
As real as it gets.
I wonder if they started smoking again.. the video is 3years old
Quitting cigarettes once and for all was the hardest things I've ever done. It took many attampts over many years, so don't judge people who relapse several times.
It's easier now.
Cigarettes used to be very cheap (also, I moved to expensive cig tax places). It was cheaper to smoke than buy nicotine gum in the past. Now, it's not even close. It's way cheaper to buy nicotine gum than cigarettes. It's like 38 cents per piece at Walmart * 20 = $7.50 a pack.
Or, you can vape. Bad, but not as bad as smoking.
(note: cigs are way cheaper in Korea than the US.)
I loved the artistic direction of this documentary. Very creative
My fav documentary channel!!
Thanks for another amazing video!
I stop Smoking today aswell
Wasn't expecting a twin peaks bit that's for sure, but I love it
Unbelievable documentary. I wish these men good health and wealth. To the businessman who works in China, you are a beacon of hope for all of Korea.
It's all in your head. It is addiction. I stopped smoking cigarette 18 years ago. I am so happy I did it and have not look back. Those are cravings of addiction. I understand because I went through it. I celebrated every year the day I quit smoking. 6-10-2006.
The tune at 3:50 from "Drive" is nice!
Happy New Year
Im struggling to quit.. I've been smoking on and off.. I even stopped smoking for 10 years and restarted full throttle after a bad event last year.. am going to try again now.
The secret to quitting cold turkey (no nicotine) is...the same approach you need to take with a hangover. After my old boss stated, "a good hangover is almost as good as being drunk", I changed my attitude about hangovers. Just enjoy it. You feel weird. Not great. Brain is not working and in a fog.
That's the same approach with quitting smoking. You have to just enjoy that your body feels weird and be ok with it. Basically, lean into the withdraw symptoms instead of trying to avoid them.
❤😢😊
THANK YOU..OMG..Cigarettes are..STALKERS!! May We ALL Be Rid Of CIGARETTES!!❤️
edit: I LOVE the way you put this together! BRAVO☺️
Randomly: "Making doughnuts"
MAY OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST BLESS YOU ALL ❤
if you smoke a small quantity of marijuana while you are quitting with nicotine, you will not feel the need to smoke cigarettes and it will be easier to quit.
well, youre stll smoking
@@Mr.DISRESPECT realistically we aren't supposed to have anything but air in our lungs. that's where capitalism/greed and free will come into place. we smoke because we're adults.. trying to cope. we allow ourselves the respect we think we deserve or what's normal around us.
@@destroymalefeminists yeah I know that's why said that to OP. Why are you replying this to me!?
@Mr.DISRESPECT
no you just need some microdose of thc once or twice a day for a month, even less. than you will not feel the need of nicotine. that's how i stopped with nicotine. i dont smoke weed now, it doesnt make addiction like nicotine
