Roasting in manual mode with the Behmor 1600+

Here's how I roast my 4 bean blend that I like for Espresso. The 4 beans are Brazil, Sumatra, Mexico, and Costa Rica. This was spurred on by a post I saw on Facebook about people having troubles with the Behmor and not getting satisfactory results...and also saying it takes 20min to roast. This is how I do it, and what isn't mentioned here is that I only roast a MAX of 272gr...NEVER a full pound.
