  • Roasting a profile on the Behmor successfully is both challenging and rewarding. Like all coffee roasting devices, the Behmor has it's strengths and weaknesses. For the past few weeks, I have been trying to roast a specific profile with a drum roaster, the Hive handheld roaster and this week, the Behmor. Today's video talks about the profile, the challenges and the rewards, along with a few surprises. I learned a few things about coffee roasting today. I hope you enjoy this video!
