I actually envy you so much that you are hungry in the morning and enjoying breakfast, for me it's a big struggle to eat especially eggs, breads and savory stuff in the morning... I feel sick and heavy inside ._. The fastest time for me to eat these is like 1 pm, until then I can only drink coffee and matcha or just water. The downside is that I know not eating in the morning increases my cravings in the evening, and it's bad for female hormones... I will be 30 in a year and I would really want to change my eating schedule but it's too hard for now D:
I had this problem too and the best advice to give you is to just start small! I used to eat at least an apple, slowly added peanut butter, then moved to a bowl of cereal. Its not a contest so take it slow!! Surely your body will get used to it and you will actually get naturally hungry in the morning :)
I also used to be a ketchup-noodle-girl as a child. 😁 Nowadays I cannot stand the taste of ketchup, at least for now. 🙈 However, I am currently (also) in my feta era. 🤭But you should try combining avocado & banana on toast/bread. I love it 😁🤗💚 Have a lovely Sunday. 🕯🕯🕯

Ich muss mir sowas eine Scheibe abschneiden von dir….😢 regt mich selbst so auf ich bin durch Fruktose usw immer mehr in diese Fitness Produkte gerutscht und morgens bereits porridge mit Proteinpulver oder halt Protein wraps. Dann mittags irgendwas meist auch mit süßungsmittel oder jeden Tag Protein Riegel zb. Abends esse ich normal also Reisgerichte Nudel etc. … aber du sagtest schon so oft das süß frühstücken nicht so gut ist und mein Protein Coffee mit Milch und Backkakao hat dann auch noch süssungsmittel Nachtisch abends Banane mit nussmus okay das geht 😅aber du isst so simple und es ist soviel besser für den Darm und ausgewogen ich muss da unbedingt dran arbeiten es ist viel viel zu viel geworden von diesem Protein Dingen was man null brauch bin immer bei 2g easy Proteine… Fette viel 😅aber die lieb ich auch aber ich finde deine Inspiration von what I eat i a day so hilfreich ❤❤❤❤ danke dafür und ich liebe auch diesen Heinz Ketchup 😅
