Turkey is the only country in the world with the best and the most variety with 19000 kinds of food, 600 kinds of soup and more than 100 kinds of desserts.

Hi but the cuisine isnt as rich as the other regions.you can find everthing there but wont be the original place.

Piyazcı Sami is so special, every dish in that restaurant looks delicious and that salad looks nutritious and delicious!
That fish bread looks really good and I love the concept of the veggies being the buffet bar!

Kelle paca is great for drunk people. With vinegar and thick soup, it starts an esterification reaction and people get back to normal without hangover.

Türkiye is an incredible country with its food and history. You should definitely come to Diyarbakır as soon as possible to taste different flavors.🎉
What I find the most interesting is how diverse the ingredients are and how they come together to make something I would consider "off the wall" and come out to be dishes that are extremely popular with the people of different regions but not so much "bizarre taste's".
I try coming up with different concoctions a lot. Sadly they don't work most of the times but once in a blue moon I might get a good, but maybe not great results.
My question to you Luke is, could you make a video of dishes that really shouldn't have tasted great but did? Not just okay, but really really great.
I know it sounds bad but I really like Chili without beans with noodles and Tahiti sauce baked and on strong garlic toast. Go Figure!!!

By the way, the 'ı' in 'kahvaltı' and 'mantı' is pronounced like 'uh', so 'kah-val-tuh' and 'man-tuh'.
And Ş is pronounced like 'sh' and Ç like 'ch', so Paçacı Şemsi is 'Pah-cha-juh Shem-see'.
