This is a great song, and good bass work on your part. I always loved this song, but it has the potential to be so much more. It needs to be re-written. It needs to have real musicians, a truly funky bass line, rhythm guitar, and a healthy supply of supporting horns.
thank you for your reply, the song was highly rated in recent years by Thundercat its a great song with its own unique benchmarks , particularly the chorus, the up tempo beat & drum patterns over synth bass was just right in 1983, Anderson Peak "Tinted" (instrumental) reminds me so much about those times & the guy i knew on Drums so well thanks
