I'm fully admitting it I'm not scared lol, but I actually died 3 times on the Scorpion Sentinel 3 times on Normal The first time I died to missiles cause I was low and was waiting for my ATB gauge to charge so I could heal The second time I died from the electric smash it does with its tail when you're behind it tryna hit the shield generator The third time I don't remember how I died-
Yeah guard scorpion can fold you real quick. I died to him once in the demo too. Middles did waaaaaay too much damage. Was trying to dodge instead of block
Bro it took me around an 2 hours to beat him. It was a good fight and forced you to switch characters, use atb, and other basic skill right of the bat. Compared to sephiroth which only took me one try on normal.
@@dannyboyrefugioct2627 There wasn't really a boss I truly got stuck on, The Arsenal was a bitch tho lol They give you the characters that do the smallest amount of damage then put you up against a boss that has a shit ton of health, it took me at least 40 minutes to an hour to beat but it was first try lmao
@@codythefriendlyskunkboy1780 aerith can do tons of damage with magic up and mp up with arcane ward. Extremely effective against the arsenal when it's charging an attack and you cast spells on his weak point back to back
Maybe it's just me, but I found The Valkyrie to be harder than most. A lot of the time, the AI would just walk into the gas pools and I'd end up getting wiped because of it. Ended up spending over 8 hours on that boss.
@@superheroprotagonist ah, I still struggle with Bahamut. If I'm being honest I think the whisper Harbinger is prolly easier than Nero but it's a long fight that can outlast you so I put him one placement higher
Dude i find motorball to be BY FAR the most annoying boss in this game. At least with whisper bahamut theres genuine challenge, but with motorball i feel like im just fighting the controls the entire time
Yeah if you run cloud only all the summons can be harder. But again, I was using their fight from that shinra top secrets mission. So I had everyone with maxed my materia and stuff lol
Rufus is easy once you figure out using triple slash on him during first phase will always separate him from his dog giving you opportunity to eliminate Darkstar first. Then 2nd phase use sleep on him immediately (this will only work with high chance of landing the first time you do it), use braver on him once or twice, i don't remember, but it's either once or twice, and he dies immediately. You have to build up your atb gauge before he comes out of sleep so you can land braver on him asap
If you fail to land sleep on him the first time, he becomes like immune to it or something and it's really hard or impossible to land sleep again. You need to defeat him during that one sleep
I've never even used synergy materia. This is just a ranking on how I played. I didn't use synergy, gotterdemadung, revival earrings, focus limit break or aeriths planets protection limit break

Ill be honest. I didnt find any bosses hard except for the Airbuster and Whisper Harbinger along with the other 3 whispers with the harbinger
