Plus, you'll always have new stories and different things going on in your life each week. Always something new to talk about throughout the videos. Different people, different views and landscapes, different problems (always those little life inconveniences!), and different news, excitements, & improvements! I'll always look forward to watching. Try not to put too much pressure on yourself for these videos. If people want more, they can watch one of your other channels and/or podcasts! You do so much already. I'm not sure where in Australia he'll be or she is, but I would love to see him do a run with Natacha Oceane when he's down there, like he did with Jeff. She's training for a 100 mile ultra marathon and has done Iron Man before so they'd be able to talk about that. I would just love to get a series of him running with people and feel like she'd be a perfect guest while they're both in AUS.
We don't mind seeing the same content over and over again, that's what the training grind is all about! We all have days where we are unmotivated to do the same workouts again, but seeing you stick to your routine as well is really motivating!

Tanked my first 5k race yesterday- started out too fast on a very stressed and tired body. Now I'm absolutely wiped mentally and physically. I felt so ashamed and defeated that I was even failing at my hobby during a stressful time in my life. But right now I realise it was just a way to drill into my head that SLEEPING FUCKING MATTERS!!!!!! I've got a 10k planned for May and I'm ready to rest and train to ace it. Funny how 10k is still an intimidating distance for me, and I usually do good on 10k races, but the 5k is a tamed beast that I did not master on race day. We live and we learn, energy is everything, and I didn't have any on race day. That'll teach me!
I’ve finally ended weeks of procrastination and started running this week! I’ve thought I wasn’t a runner all my life but your videos have inspired me to give it a go and I actually enjoyed it. Thanks for the great videos, they keep me motivated 😊
