Looks delicious. Since one way to "make" buttermilk is to combine whole milk with lemon juice and you have lemon juice in this recipe for the sauce I'm thinking that using whole milk instead of buttermilk would work about the same. Just throwing that out there because if most people are like me they have whole milk in their 'fridge 90% of the time but not buttermilk. To make the recipe more "accessible." Thanks for sharing. 🍻👍
Will be at a pro motocross race in Indiana next week. We will be primitive camping in our motorhome, so most cooking will be on the grills I take, or on an open fire. It is kind of like a tailgate at a college FB game. It is pretty cool because we get to camp in the same area the privateers camp. They are pros that do not get factory support, but still very good and they like to mingle with the fans. I love sharing even with folks I do not know so I will make a shit ton of these..
