I made porkchop just like this. Sometimes I would also roast some garlic cloves to serve along with some Apple Sauce. But i would definitely need to try that Yuzu Kosho Paste. Thank you!

Is it going to be too salty on the pork? Can we put the pork chop in the air fryer? What is the temperature and minutes if we use the air fryer
Yes! I usually set the airfryer at 375 degrees for 3-6 minutes depending on the thickness.
What store can we buy this pork chop of this thickness? I bought some pork chops today but the cut was thin compared to yours.
I got this from Uwajimaya. But you can ask the grocery store meat department if they have French bone-in pork chop or Frenched pork chop cut.
What temp is the oven at to finish the pork chop?

Haha. To be honest I’m horrible at eyeliner. I’m pretty sure it’s because I couldn’t draw them evenly 😅 not because I did it on purpose.

No low carb is not weight loss
