After watching this video I ordered these hooks to give them a try. My husband and I have been fishing for more than 50 years. These hooks are by far the best and sharpest hooks we have ever used!! Awesome fishing, scenery, shows, and food. However, for the golfers, Branson area is the best kept secret in the country. Just within a few miles of each other are courses by Nicklaus, Player and Fazio. Tiger Woods has his first designed course opening this Fall. It looks incredible too. I just got back from there and played a couple of them. I'll predict that Tiger's course is going to shine the spotlight on the area and will be a top national golf destination.

I was on Taneycomo for a couple of days and tried everything I could think of, and got skunked. Not even a nibble. I was there 10/7/23 - 10/9/23. We started drifting from Lilleys Landing, and went quite a way.
Nice video! I have a one suggestion- You shouldn't promote holding trout by the mouth. While these are hatchery trout and there's a lot of them.. it's a bad practice to teach.
o With wet hands, support the body below and just behind the head while not squeezing and grab the tail end with your other hand. Or, leave them in a rubber net in the water when unhooking and taking pictures.
If you dont have a boat, look into renting one. Itll do your success rate a big favor. There are only 3 or 4 public land accesses and it's difficult to fish from the bank.
People spend thousands going to bars, concerts and gambling. I have buddies that have spent tens of thousands on cigarettes. I can resell my boat and tackle. Not much used value in a smoked cigarette, a night spent at the bar or a gambling debt. I'll take my addiction over those any day of the week.

Try a little back water area right off the main current line!
