Can someone help me 🥺 whenever i wash my face in the morning it becomes oily and irritated throughout the day and I always end up getting a pimple by the end of the day and when I wash my face at night my skin becomes so dry and itchy so I just stopped doing anything and ITS SO UGLY NOWWW IDK WHAT TO DOOO
Your cleanser is most likely too stripping and dries out your skin. I used to get this a long time ago. First you should try investing in a good cleanser and moisturizer ( I personally like cerave cream to foam cleanser and the Cerave cream even if I have oily skin ) and make sure your lifestyle is not causing it ( eat good healthy food, work out, avoid dirty towels when wiping your face, hydrate etc..) this should help with the problem a bit :)
