    Sir jado main ball throw kar ta hu to mere right shoulder ki jo ball hai us me bahut pain hota hai and jab flat incline decline bench press lgta hu tab bhi right side mein hi pain hota hai but jab shoulder exercise lgta hu tab pain nahi hora. Give me advice sir
    and main sir full week workout 1 mnth se start ki hai. Mucular body de lai . Like modelling
