    I have seen a lot of criticism of Cid in the OG. I think his development was great even if he was abusive to his partner. He reflects on it and is remorseful for it. I don’t get why new media is so scared of tackling these very real problems in society and show that your actions have consequences and that they are wrong. Sheltering people from problems doesn’t get rid of the problem.

      Just for the record, I like OG Cid. I Do however, think he is a problematic character and needed some adjustments.
      My criticisms in this video is that they modified him for the rating, but are bending over backwards to not throw out the original game continuity. The consequence for that is they have accept the former Cid with all his faults, exists in the universe in tact.

      In my case, I do the following...
      I keep two Cactuars in my deck to aggressively expand the top out while creating buffs on the bottom. I use Titan to help expand the area out while bumping the spots to level 2. I also use Chocobo, Galactic Ranger (I think it is called, from the Gold Saucer) and Dio, all of which gain bonuses from cards being buffed. I have other buffing cards to help pump that more. I also included Vincent, who is a good expansion card, and a Yang to destroy him with. Choco Jockey is good too, extra 10 chips on a row you are winning.
      Overall, I aim to restrict how my opponent can expand. This basically worked on all my opponents including the Blood Queen herself.

    I do think Cissnei does know Zack is dead. She was in the area when Zack died as well as a Turk. It isn't just her not telling other people about Zack being dead. Aerith knew about Zack being dead but told his parents about him, maybe running off with a girl and still alive somewhere. Aerith doesn't tell Tifa about his death either. Tseng doesn't tell Aerith about Zack's death. Tifa doesn't tell Aerith about his death once she finds out about it through Cloud, who thinks his death was by the strong water currents. Despite having his head messed up and not knowing the complete truth, Cloud is the only one who is verbally talking about Zack's death.

    • @PixelFusionProductions
      @PixelFusionProductions  3 месяца назад

      That is a good point, Cloud seems to be the only one who outright says and accepts his death. Still, why is Cissnei so reluctant to accept it? You would think the Turks would have hard evidence... you know, a body, to verify it.
      Part of me wonders if the body disappeared. Doesn't Aeirth know because she sensed it from the Lifesteam like when she sensed Elmyra's husband's death?
      I have no real evidence for it, but I wonder if Zack's body got snatched after the battle by Hojo.

    • @mysticlightning7655
      @mysticlightning7655 3 месяца назад

      @PixelFusionProductions I don't know if Cissnei wants to keep this facade of making people from Gongaga believe Zack is still out there somewhere. I don't know if it is more towards herself or the other people who will be sad about his death. Many people from Gongaga want Zack to return to them. Zack's parents mentioned about having no news is just as good as good news something along the lines.
      The whole situation on what happened to Zack is one of those most taboo things to say out loud, it seems like. Zack killed hundreds upon hundreds of infantrymen, but no mention about losing that amount of them like they want to keep that situation buried.
      Tsung has met Cloud before but doesn't mention him being an infantryman.
      The story probably wants Cloud to find out along with the audience to know what really happened to Zack once his memories come back.

    I’m pretty sure Gilgamesh got send to the Rift “between dimensions” and not the Void (The Void was created by Euma or however you spell his name; the Ancient Evil before Exdeath in FF5, who also became a superboss in the GBA remake).
    Additionally, it is said that, when Gilgamesh travels between worlds, he travels across different points in Space and Time. So, while he travel through different points in time, he likely couldn’t do so for 1,000 years while being sealed away, even if he has the potential to go back right after he was sealed in the first place.

    • @PixelFusionProductions
      @PixelFusionProductions  3 месяца назад

      The "Void" is used in multiple games to describe the same thing. In FF9, you go into the void chasing after Kuja. In FF13-2, you encounter crystalline entites from there. Dissidia speaks of it. Gogo is from it. The Void is mere the interdimensiomal medium between dimensions.
      Also, the GBA translation is basically the worst translation of that game ever produced. As for Gilgamesh himself...
      The issue I am bringing up is that if his personal timeline, from his point of view, involved him being trapped thousands of years in Gaia. It seems like that is the case, and while The Void itself may warp time and connect to different times of the worlds it connects too, we simply don't know if time spent in other dimensions tracks consistently.
      It could be that it is one to one, that even minute spent in Gaia is the same as the world(s) of FF5. To could be that ever 7 minutes spent in Gaia is the same as 1 minute there... we simply don't know.
