On the jedi master level I found the best way to beat her is to continuously hit and run until she uses up all her scepter heals( at least 5) then let her use force rage and don't let her get you into a lightsaber lock.
I was like: "I don't remember this mission..."
Player: Chokes a guy and throws him down a pyramid.

Up until Jedi: Fallen order this was the last truly badass sp jedi game.
In an ideal world, Fallen Order is the first step to recreating a Star Wars game very similar to Jedi Academy.

Use force speed. I manage to defeat her first time using it. Leaves the opponent more open to attacks.
