    How to work on laptop with frozen shoulder?

      You should really look into getting the shoulder treated and doing aggressive rehab. I see really great results with frozen shoulder and that really helps a lot of activities including work!

      Just found this video. I’m pretty sure I have bursitis, but not diagnosed yet. I am sitting with what you call “frozen shoulder” all day long. So bad for me. I will try to be conscious of my posture but my left shoulder and arm is so painful tonight. Starting to affect the right arm too. I used to get neck problems and went for PT which helped. No more neck pain. My bones crack a lot, legs, hips, neck… I think from sitting most of the day. I can’t sleep on my left side for the past few months already. Going on too long. Will see with a clean diet to reduce inflammation, gentle exercises designed for bursitis and of course not sitting with frozen shoulder all day will help. Thank you for this video. I’ll try sleeping with something under my arm to keep it in that position tonight!
