I am a beginner, tried this during this lock down, came out really well, I am so happy that I made laddu for the first time and it came out really well. Thanku you 🙂
It tasted the best, I was hesitant will my kid eat this as it has no jaggery or ghee but she loved them and polished off almost half portion before moulding to ladoos
Today i made this...but instead of dates i used jaggery & also added roasted oats in ghee...some almonds along with peanuts & poppy seeds & linseed..came out good...inspired by u...thx nisha...ur recipes r a boon to all who follow u...God bless

-How the video was calmly explained till the end without any music.

How many days these stay good?
I made this ladoo. I felt Ragi was burnt but after I added jaggery oats and sesame. It tasted fabulous 😍. All the ladoos vanished in 10 min. My family loved it.

Peanuts is oil, so using coconut oil no harm!
But adding peanuts bring protein content in laddus.

I made these laddoos thrice.
Here's what I learnt:
1. Use SOFT DATES only. Dry dates won't be able to bind the laddoos.
2. Using a regular grinder jar for the dates and raisins might create some problem. I broke mine twice. Try using your HANDS to MASH the dates (first remove the seeds) and use a MORTAR AND PESTLE (preferably the FLAT one) to grind the raisins.

another amazing recipe as usual. thanks for your videos aunty ji. i would suggest you to make shorter videos so that more people can watch without dropping off midway. lengthy processes (e.g. roasting ragi flour for 3mins) can be made shorter and repetitive info can be skipped. just a suggestion 😊

Just made these ladoos following the exact instructions. They turned out so tasty and wholesome. Only confusion was with the time taken to roast the ragi flour.
Apart from it, such an easy way to make ladoos that too homemade and healthy. Must try!

@@payaljain515I generally prepare it during humid weather..never tried it in rainy season. it was too yummy got over within a week even after keeping it out..yes, provided you don't touch it with wet hands. If at all you prepare it during rainy season then just keep it in fridge and remove it out 1 hr before consuming it n keep it back. Hope this helps

What variety/brand of dates do you use?
Kimia dates are very soft.
I made these today for my 3 years old son. They turned out to be awesome. Instead of peanuts I used half and half cup of almonds and cashew. Next time will add peanuts. Thank-you for this recipe - it is super-easy to make and turns out exactly as you have shown! I replaced peanuts with almonds and instead of just raisins, I added a mix of raisins, pine apple and sultanas. I also added goji berries. It is delicious!
