FINALLY! This 'fix' using the 'turn off' theatre mode finally fixed my issue of no wrist detection! I have no idea how or why it was ever turned on but by turning it off, the problem is solved and I feel like a new iWatch person!
You have given me more advice on making the wrist measurements work. It still doesn’t work but you tried more than anyone else to help. I guess my arm is too hairy.

Many thanks my theatre mode was accidentally turned on. It works perfectly now - 😊
