I've been running through quickplays relentlessly to find a group of people to play with. All my IRL friends have families and they simply can't dedicate a few hours to a game a day. But ima find some eventually. Maybe when I've gotten better. Please help us take polix, we got 3 planets left to liberate.

Here's a tip for completing those pesky evac missions against the bots. Have your squad land outside the small town and make lots of noise so the drop ships will spawn near you. Have one member sneak into town during the fighting and they should be able to get most, if not all of the civvies to safety with relative ease.

Oooo heres one, diving while on fire will extinguish the flames! I've increased my survivability against hulks immensely with diving

Jump OPPOSITE not INTO the flames to quickly extinguish yourself
Same for being slowed by vegetation. Dive, it'll cancel out the slow
Here's a tip using the minimap. When looking for hidden hives and spore spewers, by marking a spot that would look like it should have something there, the mark will create a border on it instead of the pin.

I just ran a lvl 3 solo, i started hoping someone would join, but no one did. I got all outposts down, optional objective done and 19/20 samples and extracted on my last life with 2 minutes left. Let me tell you, hole, was TIGHT the entire time and i utilized stealth.
It was hella fun imo. But i dont think ill be doing that again lmao! I started an extraction and had to kite them away, got killed, dropped my samples and had to treck it back to them then back to the extraction. I dove i think more than a dozen times one after the other to make it to the ship. It was chaos, but man...worth it. First start to finish solo
Solo can be fun! The higher difficulty you go though, it just starts to become next to impossible alone. Stealth is a blast though :D
For #18, the fleshy spot isn't a weak spot. You do base damage to that area. Weakspot is only the legs after the armor is gone.
Yeah, think I didn't explain this too well, but essentially if you're using regular weapons that's the only spot worth hitting. If you've got a team-mate with a Railgun or Explosive ordnance, go for the legs.
Charger heads now have less HP, if you can hit it with an expendable anti-tank, it dies in 1 hit

With spore spewers if you have the laser cannon that works really well over Distance.
And you can take it out with ease.

Another tip unless you’ve been playing for a really long time stick with one faction I played termanids for my first 15 levels I went to the automontons and immediately failed I played them for a few more hours and the other faction became much harder get used to one play style and switch every once in awhile or even just decide based on current major orders
I did the opposite started bugs for the first few levels but switched for MO. Now I'm worried the bugs will fuck me lmfao.

A lot of people will carry the secondary provided in the beginning of the game, because the fully auto feels like a waste, or because of the single fire feel… but you can literally flick single fire on with right cue on the depad held down and then tap over from auto to single fire and boom, its the starting pistol with twice the ammo per mag. Please use it instead

you can destroy bugnests with the autocannon too, aim right down at them. *edit when facing them NOT when standing above them. **same geos for automatonfacotrys aim directly where the granade whould fall in and youll be fine, counts for both.

Ideal ways to take out bug nests are the grenade launcher, EAT, or an Eagle airstrike
@@MrAtomicDuckbest to get on elevated ground but it works on ''plain'' terrain too. you have to aim right into the deep orengyyello part . have been cleaning middle nests(and sometiems even big ones) all by myselfe with my beloved autocannon.
so no after a couple of tryes everyone should manage to do it, you can take them out at a distance before the smoke fx even spawns.

don't know if it's been mentioned, but you can also drop any supply/backpack strategem into the vents of bot fabricators to destroy them.
alsp, the Expendable Anti Tank is a hidden gem, since you can essentially throw it non-stop with a cooldown of 70 seconds.
I love this about dropping backpacks 😂 Thinking with portals!

Here a tip for those under level 10, especially level 2, the grenade launcher is your best friend. Learn it, use it. It will carry you. If you die, do not forget to pick it back up. Im only lvl 7 now and ive mastered the art lf the grenade launcher. Just played a match, 100% the map and i kept my first one through 4 deaths. Utilize ammo on the sites and dont try to resupply just for the ammo.
Grenade Launcher is SO under-utilized! Great for clearance and for destroying bug holes at a distance.

Very important and you missed it!!! Multiple, sometimes MANY samples spawn at the base of the spore mushrooms! I definitely learned a whole lot though! Sharing with the homies
Here's a great tip: When your teammates die, they drop their support weapons. Picking them up yourself makes you a vile and pathetic human being. When the dead teammate respawns, they have every right to team kill you to get their stuff back.

You need to grab the backpack when they call it in. Once you have it, just walk up to your teammate and hit E when they have the weapon equipped.

Okey, one thing.
Chargers butt isnt a weakspot. Weakspots are covered in armor and are on their legs.
It takes sutpid ammount of railgun sbots to their butt. More than to the head.
Sure, legs are definitely much, much better. I thought I explained pretty well in that segment that if equipped with a railgun the legs are the best target, but maybe I needed to emphasize that better.
This is only because the railgun isn't explosive. Explosives do 100% damage on the butt.
Yeah I just bought the game can't wait to become a stormtrooper😂

I keep getting level 6 cadets in impossible difficulty missions and it’s annoying that they can’t even do damage to the big guys

Orbital laser uses are supposedly shared, havent confirmed myself, but if true theres no point in more than 1 player bringing it
I don't think they are. At least not that we've noticed. Wouldn't make much sense logically either, considering every strike comes from our own individual ships, which we can see happening in the sky above.
No they are not shared, everyone has 3 uses, so 12 uses if all 4 have it equiped, we tested it today :)

It’s never a good idea to reinforce a teammate into a crowd of enemies. I wish RUclipsrs would stop giving this as a tip. There’s no guarantee that they will hit the intended target and reinforcements are limited. There’s nothing worse than being reinforced only to immediately die because you’re surrounded. You should only do it if they ask you to otherwise always put them in a safe spot. At higher levels all you’re doing is wasting a reinforcement slot.
I mean I'm pretty sure I explained the upsides and downsides well :) Sometimes it's a good idea, other times it isn't. Depends on several factors. Appreciate the feedback all the same!

Anyone else feel this games a bit overrated? I mean it’s very good clearly but Iv played this time of game many times before and the endless loop of missions without a feeling of progression leaves the game a little hollow after a while
