I LOVE those old pastel bathroom fixtures! Those make me nostalgic more than almost anything. We used to be able to buy different colored toilet paper to match it.
This cool, old house definitely has that 60s vibe! Loved the lemon yellow bathroom - even if it was a little tough to reach the toilet. My parents' bath was pink (with wallpaper designed like fireworks!) the family bath was tan (with mermaids on it!) and the half-bath on the first floor was green. Funny how you remember these things after all these years!
That house hasn’t had any routine maintenance in a very long time, even when the doctor was living there. Based on him being the only owner way back to 1969, I’ll bet he has passed. When you say untouched, I understand. What you’re saying is the home has not undergone any major renovations since being built. I don’t know why so many have to nitpick every word. It’s common sense!
Another awesome house. My parents owned a home in Fairborn OH that they renovated around 1970. Trilevel. Basement had a bar and a bathroom with red tub, toilet, & sink. Gold fixtures. Kitchen was beautiful tiles. My room had deep purple carpet & a white canopy bed. We swore it was haunted lol. Thanks again Ethan Minnie ❤🤗
I loved the blue bathroom and the retro wallpaper and shutters in the bedrooms. Another great find! Ethan, you're leaving us with the impression that you don't like spiders. lol I would love to see a compilation of your reactions to basements! Take care and keep up the great work.
Thank you for a great video. A special thanks for showing the infrastructure...Elec and HVAC...I love seeing how things are built . Take care and be safe 🤗Donnie
Very 70's bathroom in the basement. Foil, ,mylar , was a thing in the 70's. I bought my1979 built house in 1982. There was foil wallpaper in a bathroom and in the den. Great video. Thanks
Thank you for sharing this time capsule! That sea foam green is my favorite retro bathroom! The Green Bamboo weave wallpaper is amazing! I may have to Quit watching you during meals😮 My scrambled eggs didn’t go very well will the black mold! You take care❤
I LOVE THIS HOUSE!! This is one I would love to see in its original state or to restore back to that original state. Love all those greens and yellows and those painted book shelves in the secondary entrance. Basement would have been great before water invaded. If only the roof had been replaced. Would have been cheaper to rebuild the roof and gut the ceilings than to build a new house. Love the kitchen. Love the pool!! Think it would be a fun house to grow up in. Thanks Ethan for sharing this! Until next time take care be well and stay safe!
It seems like the colonial houses the cape cod's Plus Victorian homes the most ranch homes seem to be all like disappearing and now cookie cutter homes all the same and cheap material and labor to do all of these newer homes that are overpriced with cheaper quality of architecture design Thank you Ethan for taking all of us with you on another awesome abandoned house hunting ❤❤❤
Nor for me, way too much wood... too dark. Lots of storage, though. Nice. Thank you for sharing. I love watching your videos 😊😊 ( I did like the butterfly wallpaper❤)
Hey Ethan..brilliant ,what a step back in time 💥..loved it all ,the shutters on the windows were nice touch ..kitchen 👌...thanks Ethan stay safe well and happy 💋 ❤
My parents had a brown range/ oven combo just like that. Very cool!!! The lettering on the door plate on Teen's room had Hebrew lettering on it too! Really nice home. I bet there was a happy family here!. Thank you Ethan. God bless, stay safe and healthy! 😁
That's a cool house. Very nostalgic for me. My sister and I had the same name plate that Ian had. I'm thinking the foil wallpaper was probably an 80's thing. It's a shame the house is so damaged. It's a good home.
Ethan thank you for the past into the world of today wow 1 owner that shocks me. Kitchen is kool deftly the 60s I m so glad that carpet is gone!@ green ukkk i grew up with that kind of carpet never did like it.I did love the carpet what was there. Id move to if my home was that bad id tear it down n rebuild .The rooms were cool i love wooden walls like that makes it feel so much brighter n lovely .Sad to say ! the kitchen is bigger then my kitchen dont laugh too much. Love the old home floors were awesome and the stairs are really nice easy to walk up and down. Pool ours flew away 6 years ago if we had inground would be nice. Take care thanks again Hun .Love Barbara NWP, FL
You know it's old because they don't do subfloors like that anymore. And the colorful bathroom fixtures kitchen appliances. This a nice home for the time and I'm sure the family loved it
Typical 1969 home. I have a home built in 69 and it had all the paneling this home has. Hated it and have had most of it removed and redone. The walls behind the paneling wasn't finished. Sure this home is the same. Paneling really dates the home. I really like most features of the older homes but the paneling has got to go, it is the worse. Counter tops have been undated as formica countertops were in style then. That's the next thing to go in my home. The harvest gold appliances were really popular. You were in style with harvest gold or avocado green. Love the window shutters and the ship lap wood ceiling. Other than than this house is a reminder of just how old I am. LOL. Thanks for the tour and making me realize how old and outdated I am.
Hi Ethan 😁Thanks for the visit here, nice but there’s so many ways people could do their interiors, the one tight bathroom, maybe good for a sick bathroom the sink being so close to the toilet 🤢convenience, far from the other end of the house like quarantine. And thanks for when it’s not mentioned to be demolished, but what would’ve saved this historical place would’ve possibly, mostly been newer or good roofing, many excellent abandons could have more lives if only the roof to begin with could be saved. Love the butterfly 🦋 bathroom. And sometimes some wood paneling is fine, but personally love flocked wallpaper, and the fern room? Must’ve been where they had lots of plants for some reason all in one room like a greenhouse, a skylight would’ve been great if it would be secured enough not to ever leak. Great that there’s a pool in backyard must’ve enjoyed. Again thanks for sharing 👍🏡😁Also, If I had this place with what’s my preference, I would’ve turned it very cool and some detailed work, as it looks a little like a plantation house.
Ethan I totally LOVE watching your video's!! You are my favorite next to Big Banks!! It sucks that you have to apologize to viewers for stupid S#/^, like fake plants, cob webs & stuff they don't get!! You go Guy! Keep up the good stuff!!❤
In another universe where spiders are more important than humans, i bet they're laughing at all the times they scare us half to death! 🙃 That looked like a water softener that you saw in the basement. Lots of homes (esp. ones that are on wells) have hard water, so it's better to have. I liked the green sink, butterfly wallpaper, oven, the colourful bathrooms are always fun, and those 2 bedrooms were neat (Fern's was my favourite but i think the wallpaper on every wall would be dizzying!). Thanks for taking us along!
Hi Ethan Really cool house. The basement was a little creepy. That pool was gross.🤮 There were probably frogs🐸in there.🤢. So many leaks and so much mold. They just let the house sit and rot away. Carlo does, James does, Terry does and Riddim Ryder does to. They all do. I mean you are there to show us around and that is part of the house. Think about it. Wear a mask😷Congrats on 110K subs.🆒
Were you in a hurry to get out of there? Were the walls in living room wallpaper? It looked like a pattern made out of Jute rope? No video of 0:28 the outside of house ? I liked this house it showed the past as it really was minus the rug .
Hey does anyone know what the name of the Oriental looking guy that does abandoned houses I used to follow him but I lost everything on my phone and now I can't find him
I LOVE those old pastel bathroom fixtures! Those make me nostalgic more than almost anything. We used to be able to buy different colored toilet paper to match it.
That brings back some memories.
Yes!!!! I'm 61 and I remember that. I wish they would bring that back again!
They discovered that the color dyes in Toilet Tissue may or did cause anal cancer.
Kinsa expected the basement to be flooded lol great video ad usual, thanks!

Classic Old school, nice 👍🏾❤
Amazing house. So 60's. Thanks for the tour, Ethan.

Cool house Ethan and thank you for the tour of the place 👍❤️😎
I love the green bedroom and the strange indoor shutters. Sad it's falling apart and growing mushrooms!
Another awesome house. My parents owned a home in Fairborn OH that they renovated around 1970. Trilevel. Basement had a bar and a bathroom with red tub, toilet, & sink. Gold fixtures. I love these old original homes! Is always a plus seeing the old appliances in them as well! Great classic home of the era! Cool explore!😎🤟✌️
Thank you for a great video. A special thanks for showing the infrastructure...Elec and HVAC...I love seeing how things are built . Take care and be safe 🤗Donnie
60's & 70's style was wild lol. Wish we could see how it was furnished and stuff. Another great adventure, thank you Ethan!
Very 70's bathroom in the basement. Foil, ,mylar , was a thing in the 70's. I bought my1979 built house in 1982. There was foil wallpaper in a bathroom and in the den. Great video. Thanks
Awesome retro find 😎🤟 the wooden wall panelling is aweome. Cheers from Ottawa 🇨🇦
Thanks 👍

I recognize that green wallpaper in the bedroom; it was a quite popular pattern/design; we had the same paper, but in Harvest Gold, lol.

Hey Ethan! What’s up ✌🏼🪞 love these abandoned explores! I love this 69 era house
Nor for me, way too much wood... too dark. Lots of storage, though. Nice. Thank you for sharing. I love watching your videos 😊😊 ( I did like the butterfly wallpaper❤)
I love old houses!!! Magic
Nice older house! Thank you.
The wood paneling in the basement was probably beautiful in the home's early days.
Loved the uniqueness of the house. Really loved the shutters in the bedrooms.
Nice house 🏠
Hey Ethan..brilliant ,what a step back in time 💥..loved it all ,the shutters on the windows were nice touch ..kitchen 👌...thanks Ethan stay safe well and happy 💋 ❤

I hit the like button for you Ethan 👍❤️😎
This was a cool vintage find. I can’t believe the basement wasn’t flooded.
You were looking around the kitchen and I thought, "where the heck did the stove/oven go?"... TWO SECONDS later you asked the same question our loud.😂
Good morning michae
Sweet new light!
in the 60s wed call that a fancy house 👍🇺🇸🤗

Hi Ethan!❤
That was a really cool house ❤
Cool house Ethan ❤ nice to meet u love ya videos ❤
Beautiful home 😊
I was nine years old 😂. Thanks Ethan you are awesome 😎
The old houses are so beautiful, but this one is ugly🤢🤮 Thank you so much for the video. I do appreciate it 🌻😊
Wow Ethan this was some house 😁😁
You know it's old because they don't do subfloors like that anymore. And the colorful bathroom fixtures kitchen appliances. This a nice home for the time and I'm sure the family loved it
Ethan start grabbing a stick before entering the house to knock down spider webs out of your path and problem solved ❤
I can imagine people having fun, putting up christmas, 60s, and 70s outfits
What a beautiful home
Salt is water softener for the house
I came to see if anyone knew that was a water softner

The longer houses sit the worse it gets it gets moldy and water damage it’s sad but it’s true
To a great explorer grapevine❤
That was beautiful

Ethan, cool explore, that tank you encountered in the basement,(w/salt written) on it was probably a Brine tank for water softening for the whole house.
I LOVE these old hardwood floors!! That kitchen was TOO much!! No what's up guys?
WOW!!! Someone save the blue toilet!!!😍😍😍
Love it
The tank in the closet that said Salt on it. That is a Water Softener to take harsh minerals out of the water. Interesting house.
Very cool place! You would definitely love my house….split level built in the early 70’s and very little updates.
Being the electronics nerd I am..... It would have been SO hard for me not to have taken that JVC boombox! 😂
Should wear a mask, so much mold ❤
Back in the day I bet it was beautiful
Good video!😢😮😮😊
Ethan I totally LOVE watching your video's!! You are my favorite next to Big Banks!! It sucks that you have to apologize to viewers for stupid S#/^, like fake plants, cob webs & stuff they don't get!! You go Guy! Keep up the good stuff!!❤
Hi Ethan
hello
"What's up, Ethan"!😢
That Biotech is an air purifier …
In another universe where spiders are more important than humans, i bet they're laughing at all the times they scare us half to death! 🙃 That looked like a water softener that you saw in the basement. I wonder what the developer does with the Blue Prints, just trash them afterwards? Probably so huh.
Just 1 time you need to have someone hiding in the dark ..I watch these always waiting for some one to run by or pop out
Casa bacana, ficou faltando uma manutenção. Parabéns pelo vídeo 👏🏻 👍 🇧🇷
Hi Ethan
Really cool house. The basement was a little creepy. That pool was gross.🤮
There were probably frogs🐸in there.🤢. So many leaks and so much mold.
They just let the house sit and rot away. I knew what you meant when you said
untouched. How can anyone think that meant no one has lived there? I don’t know
either. In the condition it’s in I think it has to be demolished. It’s sad but true.
Well Ethan you have shown us another beauty. Thanks for the tour. Stay safe
and well.👍🆒
P.S. Ethan I really wish you would open refrigerators. The other explorers do.
Carlo does, James does, Terry does and Riddim Ryder does to. They all do.
I mean you are there to show us around and that is part of the house. Think
about it. Wear a mask😷Congrats on 110K subs.🆒
Suggestion for cobwebs, use a bat or a board while filming
Cool house it's a year younger than me lol
The “Harvest Gold” appliances scream 60’s.
Love the paneling I really do
Were you in a hurry to get out of there? Were the walls in living room wallpaper? It looked like a pattern made out of Jute rope? No video of 0:28 the outside of house ? I liked this house it showed the past as it really was minus the rug .
Is that sound in the back a low battery beeping? If so that's wild!!!!😮😮😮
Kinda looks like a bat hanging from that moldy ceiling ❤
Soft salt is a water softener for the whole house. The beeping in the background is really annoying.
Creepy house
Cool :)
I’m or that normally ok with keeping my house close to original but that last bathroom shown would have to GO …. It was horrible
Question ?what do you do when your not looking at abandoned houses?😊😊❤❤❤
I love watching you explore. However, I so wish you would wear a mask and hard hat.
Hey does anyone know what the name of the Oriental looking guy that does abandoned houses I used to follow him but I lost everything on my phone and now I can't find him
Canada has the worst architecture. Vintage is tacky vintage.
everything about your comment is just straight up wrong and inaccurate.
Canyoufilma3storyhouse?
1970"s stlyle home !!
