Chicken Quesadilla
Chicken Marination:
chicken strips cut 550gm
cumin seeds 1t.sp
lemon juice 1tb.sp
mustard paste 2tb.sp
Tabasco sauce 1t.sp
garlic chop 2tb.sp
crushed red chillies 1t.sp
paprika powder 1 t.sp
oil 7 TB.sp
Method:
Add 2tb.sp butter in a pan and add marinated chicken and cook it and the final result will be tender and juicy not dry plus little bit of moist too.
Vegetables for Adding in tortillas:
Capsicum 1 juliene
onion 1 juliene
carrot 1 juliene
Grated cheese as required
Salsa ( pico de Gallo )
Onion chop 1
tomato chop 1
capsicum chop 1
coriander chop 2tb.sp
lemon juice 1tb.sp
salt 1 t sp
black pepper 1 t.sp
paprika powder 1/2 t.sp
Tabasco sauce 2 tb.sp
white pepper powder 1/2 t.sp
red crushed chillies 1tb.sp
ketchup 4 TB.sp
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Assembling:
Fold tortilla wrap as shown in the video, than add cheese, salsa, chicken and vegetables and grill it on medium flame without oil or any other fat , until grill marks came , and it's ready to eat.
