I really like the way Van Rishtie says “Mets - Willets Point”, it really gets you hyped up for what your about to see, wether it be a Mets, Tennis game or whatever is happening there.
I always rode in from the city on the port Washington branch whenever I was visiting my grandparents in Manhasset, so these announcements are pretty nostalgic for me especially since my grandpa just died.
RIP Van Ritshie he was a good voicer of the LIRR & MNRR he says all the stations and mnrr as well he mind says those voice back in the 2002 when the brand new M7 was started service before that service he say it those voices and after when he done all of the stations neighbors like Babylon Line, Ronkonkoma Line, Hempstead Line, West Hempstead Line, Port Washington Line, Long Beach Line, Far Rockaway Line, and from the MNRR Station from the Hudson Line, New Haven Line, and others then they but it all his system on the M7 and M7A Technology on the on the computer or something and then they start the service for the M7 and M7A Technology
Ronkonkoma is my branch. We go to the city every year to see the big Christmas Tree. I like how now they are making a new station in Yaphank so we don't have to drive to exit 60 because I'm from the north fork.
One station was omitted from this video, East Williston, it’s the only electrified station on the Oyster Bay line and is actually a really rare announcement because only one M7 starts service there in the mornings

If you want to hear them, the 4:17 PM train from Jamaica to Oyster Bay always has the announcements working, and the 6:22 PM train from Penn Station also has them (though this train always mistakingly announces Penn as Hunterspoint Ave).
Oyster Bay branch, Port Jefferson branch which continues after Huntington, Greenport scoot which continues after Ronkonkoma, and Montauk branch uses the Locomotive and double decker coaches which do not have an announcer for the station mark.
Hard to believe that on 0:11 was different that the past one: "As you leave the train, please watch the gap between the train and the platform." But my favorite part 1:21-1:41
