My dad back in the late 80s early 90s worked at a Ford dealership in mid Michigan as a mechanic when who walked in. None other than the man Uncle Ted. I’m pretty sure that bronco was all camo. But I will never forget that. My dad was so excited to get the opportunity to work on Teds truck. Very cool memory
I remember sometime in the late 70's Ted & his Broncos were on the cover of 4wheel-drive magazine, & those Broncos were "pimped-out" to the max with 4 x 4 accessories.

1960's beat muscle cars ever. Sibley and Dix race track watching the races. We had a 1965 mustang and a 64 Falcon. Bad ass cars. Loved the adrenaline rush. I can close my eyes and even smell that Saturday morning of burnt rubber. The rice burners a joke . We used pure gas and built the motors. Yep a girl 15 wrenching on cars. Priceless memories. Love that Bronco all original. Sweet ride for sure.
I had the last year they made the real broncos 96 dana 44 front axel dana transfer case ,i changed the auto hubs to super winch locking hubs ,gave me 2 low ,and with 34 inch super swamper tsl 's front hubs never slipped again ,i didnt mind getting out to lock em knowing it would be in full on beast mode ,best 4 Wheel drive i ever owned ,broncos had so many drivetrain options ,full time sucked ,mine was real deal ,351 ,pulled a concrete truck out ,had 8 yards of concrete in it 80 thousand pounds 40 tons ,bronco pulled it out ,no kiddin.
