TaskUs employee here for 2 years now. Inital interview is basic. More of behavioral questions and those things you have written on your resume that need to be expounded. Final interview on the otherhand, is focused more on your career plans and vision in general. Also, it's imperative that you have an idea already about the job and BPO culture prior. I hope this helps.
