This scenario certainly took a shift; especially the collapse of the Central Chinese Government under Chang Kai-Shek following his own death and subsequent collapse of Order in China. Not even Manchukuo was spared from the growing chaos and destruction that followed. Which is such a shame as any sign of hope or things being good or alright for Manchuria was quickly sniffed out. Well done on this, all the way.

In the near future, a scenario that I think would be worth your time would be what if Emperor Maximilien was never killed? What he lived and instead of the French Intervention in Mexico failing as in our world, the Conservative/Monarchist forces won the War and place Emperor Maximilien von Haspburg on the throne?

I can only see a longer and more brutal WW2 here. Japan would still attempt to poke at the USSR and suffer defeats at Khasan and Khalkin gol, let alone in the Chinese Soviet Republic realm, as not only will the Red Army of China employ the same guerilla-esque strategies wearing down the Japanese but also armed properly with Soviet weaponry.
The resource shortage would still be awful for Japan, as devastated China would be a serious drain for rebuilding and the drive to the south would commence, but without the large distraction in China, while USSR could pull on the new build Chinese industry and manpower to win the war against the Germans more soundly, potentially reaching as far as Weser river, or maybe even the Rhine, before liberating and incorporating the rest of China.
Also yes, without the encirclements campaign and many more cities under control, Mao wouldn't be nearly as popular, as he started gaining traction only after continuous failures of getting urban support as well as taking command of the Long March which also wouldn't happen, as a result-I don't see the CCP disobeying orders from Moscow.
Also yes, that's kind of hypertrophied Wang Ming there with the whole Chinese SSR thing.

Thanks for Part 2, TheAlrightyOne. Hopefully, you will do some future Alternate videos.
A prime example is "What If Thomas Dewey won the 1948 US Elections?", based from a photo of him holding a newspaper with a headline: "Dewey beats (Harry)Truman." but ended up losing his elections due of some faulty issues of vote counting.
But imagine if Dewey won the elections. How will the US under Dewey looks like during the Cold War such as Korean War and the internal war towards racial segregation & discrimination(including the infamous murder of Emmett Till)? As for Dwight B. Eisenhower in that alternate scenario, he will be a running mate for Dewey as Vice President due of the fact that another Republican candidate and isolationist Alphonso Taft Sr. who also run for US President and his isolationist views would gave the rise of Communism within America which led into the McCarthyism where Joseph McCarthy believes that Communism beliefs are spreading to anyone like a parasite within inside including Hollywood film industry, big companies, etc.(which he warned them but the Americans ignored his warning and you can look how corrupt the industries right now in OTL which several people realized McCarthy was right all along).

Additionally, I will add the further complaints
Soviets wouldnt annex Mongolia or Turkestan, those were specially created to give more international legitimacy in a mass coalition of nations, as well as to provide a buffer against China and especially Japan(like the Far Eastern Republic that briefly existed).
Furthermore, I dont see Chiang's execution since, as in my 1st comment, without the Failure of the Chinese Soviet Republic and the Long march, he would be in the 2nd or even 3rd echelon of power, and so I dont see the CCP leaders disobeying Moscow
Additionally-I doubt the ROC will have an easy time winning against the Communists since by the time of the events they would not receive any international aid, especially German one, and without weaponry and especially tactical advice of German commanders-NRA would be a mess, maybe even fracturing further, with the generals like Long Yun, Cheng Qian, Sa Zhengbing and others joining the CCP or the Left KMT with the center collapsing even further, and most of Central China up to Hunan being in the Second United Front's hands.
As well as Soong Ching-Ling joining the L-KMT or the CCP, since, well, she utterly hated Chiang.
Another detail-while I understand the whole kerfuffle against Wang Jingwei, Stalin would rather organize a second united front as a legitimate government in order to attract more followers. I can refer, for example, to Romania in ww2 where King Michael was even awarded with the Order of the Hero of USSR. Yes, he was later removed, but the key thing is: This happened after the war ended and the need for that was over. Or, to the communist prince of Laos, and Prince Sihanouk in Cambodia.
Finally-Yamada wasnt the mastermind behind the Japanese plans, neither in this world, nor in ours, Tanaka memorial was accepted a decade before the events of this world took place, and pretty much everyone in the Empire agreed that conquests must be made, both north and south, they were just divided over what piece of the plan should be implemented first.
And considering the enormous cost of even such a smaller invasion of China would crush the Japanese economy by a few years and requiring Japan to pacify China(which would be on the level of Yugoslavia resistance), the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact will inevitably lead to the Molotov-Matsuoka pact as well. The Japanese high command was already quite afraid of the USSR and they would be even more by the USSR plus 50% of China.

I think with this one youve written yourself into a corner. I don't see how manchukuo survives. Either the soviets grab it, communist china grabs it or the japanese keep control of it and manage to take over the soviets and european colonies. I could be wrong of course but thats what i think
