Dr Chaffee, please talk about Long Covid, POTS, and carnivore. The young people who are struck down with this, many who were very athletic and academically active, need to hear all this from their perspective. It would so encouraging and impactful. Especially from someone, a neuro doctor, who understands the brain and the central and peripheral nervous system, along with the vascular system, right down to the capillaries, and up to the brain. Please. My daughter, and many, many others, are desperately sick. Thank you for at least reading this.
Gastroparesis is definitely related to the vagal nerve and it results from pseudo hypoxia due to thiamine insufficieny causing dysautonomia. In "Thiamine deficiency disease, dysautonomia and High calorie mal Malnutrition " - Dr Lonsdale and Mars go into multiple case studies where the solution was a low carb diet and high dose B1. This cured a wide variety of gut issues and psychiatric issues. Carbs eat up thiamine and magnesium like nothing else. Keto and carnivore diets supply plenty of thiamine but often 50 to 100 times the RDA is needed to kickstart the impaired system.

Thank you both so much. Will be 3 weeks tomorrow evening on carnivore for chronic pain. Suspect will be necessary to stop eggs and butter too. Manning up and gathering supplies to have enough on hand to get more hard core by Monday. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.
@TSis76 The beef, salt and water is a great total elimination diet, but many carnivores still have bacon, butter, fish and eggs and it helps them. Some also take extra electrolytes for a while to help with the adjustment period to the new way of eating.
I can relate to Rebecca so much, concerning the difficulty with eating. Especially when she talked about how eating meat made her feel bad in the beginning, and that's why it was so hard for her to make the transition to only meat. I struggle with nausea. I have my whole life. And even though I knew that plants were not good for me and I was weak and tired when I ate them, the nausea was very overwhelming to deal with on an all meat diet. I worked through the nausea even when it was so bad that I just couldn't eat. But I had to decide that I was willing to die on that hill "literally'' so I'm dying anyway eating plants and taking supplements, so if eating carnivore is going to kill me....oh well. I have to stop being afraid. The fear of making things even worse can be a deterrent to going all in on the carnivore diet. I know it has for me. But I am seeing the benefits just being on a low carb diet already. I have no gallbladder so it could be making my transition to fats more slow.
No gallbladder has caused me to have to take my own steps towards carnivore, making sure that I investigate clearly how my physical situation impacts how I need to eat. I used to take bile Supplements until I started watching the channel, kick it naturally. Great information
@@truestory923Hi, My wife is struggling with the fat from carnivore... Copious amount of gas and pain after eating bacon or steak. Tudca helps a lot.... But how did you get off the supplements like tudca? Thx.
I told my dr to lower my immune suppressants it was hurting my heart, blood super thin, insomnia took my body forever to heal if I got cuts. it is probably not a good idea. You would not make it very long. So I took my situation and my own hands. I started physically lowering my dosage by 5 mg 10 mg listening to my body. my neuropathy in my foot started going away. My heart wasn’t hurting as bad! One morning when I was going in for my infusion, I was told by the head charged nurse that I’m either taking all of it or none of it. I told here my body right. She kind of smirk and said it don’t work that way and I told her have you ever heard of karma you better hope she don’t make a pitstop at your door. Then I walked out so I am no longer on immune suppressant I’m on strict diet carnivore then I transition to lion diet. It has been a year in six days. Thank you so much to you Dr. And Dr. Berry.
I have celiacs and hashimoto's. I get gallbladder pain and gastroparesis with bad flares. I gave up gluten and dairy 13 years ago. The last couple years went grainfree. I still had IBS-C. I started keto and want to do carnivore. I have anxiety, depression and panic attacks. I have multiple chemical sensitivity. I got exposed to mold as a kid. I have mthfr. I have Complex PTSD. I have severe social anxiety. I know I need to go carnivore. In the past I ate paleo and AIP diet.
Loved the podcast thanks so much Rebekah such an spirational girl I’m definitely going to stop the supplements and binders whilst doing carnivore and healing Lyme and all the confections virus mold etc ❤thanks Dr Chaffee as well always an inspiration in each one of your podcasts ❤
Amasing results, almost unbelievable having so many issues and being so young. It is ontological math we are learning here: If you don’t start with a true premise, you can’t expect whatever you do, to work out well. So if you eat the wrong things, you will be sick. A wrong foundation will cause the house to fall. Simple. Cause and effect. Better make sure you are following truths. But by figuring it out, Rebecca’s story shows that we can get back again. Wow. Loved Rebecca’s ending quote: 58:35 ‘I think that just leading by example and living your life is the best way to convince someone to try it because they see you are happy and healthy and thriving…’ And Anthony’s story 53:18 when he moved to Perth, and most people were plant based. Thanks for sharing.
I worked with Rebekah for 3 months. I have been eating mainly carnivore for over a year now. She taught me so much and held my hand through it all. I highly recommend her as a health coach. I had candida, causing blisters, itchiness on my feet and toes. That`s all gone. I had fatigue, anxiety and felt at a loss as all doctors offered me was cortisone cream for my feet which did nothing except make the skin thinner on my toes. Only one nurse asked me if I had food allergies and even then there was no interest or delving into that. Rebekah knew what was going on straight away. Veggies and fruits were so triggering for me, any sugar would cause flare-ups. I have recently had a trouble shoot call with Rebekah and we`ve realised that I am possibly histamine intolerant and so fresh meat for me and I am taking DAO (Kidney) to help with this. I am already noticing the benefits. What I love about Rebekah is that she will tailor your healing in regard to what is going on for you. Going carnivore took a while to adjust to. Unfortunately we seem to live in a quick fix society. It takes time. I will say that after eating meat for 2 weeks, all of my toe blisters disappeared. I have introduced some variety back but as Rebekah says, as garnish. Nothing satiates me like meat does. We are all different and healing can be nuanced. Patience is required and Rebekah is an amazing coach. She walks the talk. The benefits of going carnivore meant that I came off my HRT, I had more energy, my sensitive knees got better, I can now deep squat, amazing sleep, calmer, no more candida, I feel stronger and all in all I feel so much better. It is unfortunate that most mainstream doctors just do not want to talk about it and when I tell them how much better I feel, they are not interested. They`re only interested in scaremongering about Cholesterol. I hope that one day this will all change 🙏
I can’t believe how she could go through all of those issues and yet emerge to be so incredibly beautiful- I mean look at her skin and smile and hair- she’s practically glowing. This is the first I’ve really looked into this diet, but I’m tremendously inspired.
Great interview. I really admire Rebekah for being so strong and able to calmly tell such difficult and traumatic stories. She's so positive. It's great that you discuss such topics, because everyone who REALLY wants to get better starts looking for help. And having one or another disease that someone has withdrawn, he sees hope. It's a wonderful feeling. Eating meat quickly made me feel pain-free, and the gynecologist couldn't believe that with my endometriosis and after severe treatment in the hospital, I no longer had pain in my stomach during the examination. Thank you for giving knowledge and hope. There is very little information about carnivor in Poland, so your channels help a lot.
So you're finding that our kidneys can handle all the protein .. as they ... Whoever 'they' is used to say that too much protein in one sitting (they were referring to the protein shakes that have 20 grams of protein ) stresses the kidneys . Thank you for sharing!
Powdered whey protein is not the same as animal protein because it's refined and our kidneys are overwhelmed with it. When we eat a steak or a piece of fish it's slowly broken down in our digestive tract and the protein, vitamins and minerals are absorbed and what's not utilized is sent through to the liver and kidneys before being discharged in our urine and waste matter.
Im a kidney patient….for me it wasn’t an issue. I started very slowly and just kept increasing. I’m ketovore now almost 6.5 years . I was told the kidney is like a muscle…and will gradually and slowly get use to the increased protein. This way may NOT work for everyone, but it worked for me.
I like your attitude about monetizing. I am one of those, who does it by watching the videos (might be why it took me a few tries to get there...) But since January 1st I am Carnivore and I feel so much better. Had issues with gastroparesis too, I was never diagnosed (nurse here, we tend to not go to doctors....). However, if you have stomach pain for hours and then throw up stuff you ate more than 12 hours earlier, it is pretty clear what it is.
Should be measured and be pushed through a very thorough analysis, but, realistically, who is going to fund that study, right? The best we could get probably is a keto diet heavily focused on fatty meat as most keto diets in high level studies are, but with a side salad. That would be nice, but really no one is going to make one that compares people on that keto diet to vegan diet people and sad diet people. Would be nice of course, and is a great idea from your part, would be such a great thing to have, but I'm afraid no one is going to fund a study like that, or at least not nowadays that's for sure
I would love to see more about carnivore and Addisons disease… my mother has it and I have been trying to get her to go carnivore! She is very skeptical and it would be amazing to send her a video specifically for people with Addisons.

41:58 Thanks, great interview! I 100% relate to Rebekah. Narcolepsy, Lyme, CIRS, Shoemaker and decades of useless "treatments". Carnivore now and mixed in a few 10+ day water only fastings and the diet makes a difference!
I get histamine reactions pretty much daily, but not enough to keep me from maintaining 100% plant free carnivore for almost 2 years. Until I can find and afford fresher meats I will deal with the runny nose and throat clearing. I am a new person after giving up the toxins!
@@Crixx909I grew up on a sheep ranch. And when I was a kid my family ate our ram because my dad thought he was dangerous and might kill my little sister. So we had a giant freezer filled with Ramekins was his name and we ate him for a year until he was gone. And I've never since been fond of mutton. And Lamb Chops just are not my favorite thing. So I totally understand not favoring eating lamb. Listening to this I've been thinking I should try it again. And I might. But beef is best! I don't have a problem with histamines thankfully. 🐑
Before becoming carnivore I was following keto and had promising results accept I had no idea about oxalates 😖😖 By doctors Bergs recommendations I was stuffing my self with bowls of greens and other vegetables and was miserable.. Bloating and stomach aches drove me crazy night and day… Also my arthritis wasn’t getting any better. After about 2 weeks of carnivore things changed! Thanks Dr Berry, Dr Chaffee, Dr Bright and many others 🙏🏻❤️💪
I have been on the carnivore diet for 6 months. I would love to recommend it to my son who had a kidney transplant. He limited his red meat for years because that is the protocol for kidney failure. He is on lots of meds including the anti-rejection meds. His brother was the donor. What are your thoughts?
Thank you both for this interview. Excellent! Rebekah, where did you get your certification(s)? What did you study? I also studied natural health and am a health coach, but now I'm more interested in telling others about the carnivore lifestyle. I'm smacking my head about everything I studied about vegetables.
narcolepsy related to vaccinations against swine flu? Sweden pays compensation in 2009. I wonder if the person from this interview was vaccinated against it?
Its about your body type/ blood type dependency what kind of diet you should do. Great for Rebekah tried different things and now found her way and got her health back.
I’m carnivore. Strict for a year. I still waiting for some more great benefits. This story seems too good to be true. Have lowered my blood pressure. A1C from 6.7 to 5.2 Great energy.
I cannot help but have some doubts in the back of my mind while listening to her, not sure if she is telling the whole truth or if she is an opportunist! After all she has a business and that interview is great for promoting her website. How could we verify all of it?
@@prunelle19that is the problem with all youtubers on any topic. True for these two also. I am not denying the benefits of carnivore diet. But when they start treating it as a religion then all bets are off. I did it for few days and fixed my gut inflammation symptoms, felt much better (for no identifiable reason). But decided not to continue other than increasing protein (mainly from meat) to 0.8 g per lb of body weight and reduce carbs.
Obviously, everyone should have doubts about EVERYTHING on social media. And yes, there are many opportunist in the low carb arena, just like every other topic. The difference is that the prevalence of anecdotal evidence for any form of very low carb eating fixing unfixable health problems has become staggering. But it can only be anecdotal because the mainstream, where all the money is, does not want to investigate these topics. I believe that what we have lived through in the last few years PROVES that the mainstream is NOT looking put for our best interests, quite the opposite actually. And yes, there will be different effects for people but it depends on how broken and sick you are going into it. You have to make judgements based on the totality of the topic. IMO, low to no carb eating stands up extremely well against any mainstream diet or health drugs/protocols.
i started this way of eating at the end of february and I am more tired and not healing in any area. How long does it take to see improvements? I also haven't lost 1 lb in the last 3 weeks
Sounds like you drew a crowd when ever you went to the hospital. I remember when I had a boil on my back, the doc yelled hey everyone come see this ( 8 letter word).!!!

Hello Doctor Chaffee, I have a question, I sweat a lot since I started 2 months ago with the carnivore diet. Is it normal ? I sweat a lot over night and during the day too 😅😅😅
Super interesting! I hope you feel better. I'm a washed up, skinny-fat, leaky gut 35 year old man.. I think carnivore is helping me but always relapse with plants, candy, and alcohol. I struggle to go on walks/sprints more. For you, I recommend making your room could at night, or spend more money than most individuals have to spend on a bed; 8-sleep (I hope you can afford the bed). The bed I think plugs into the wall and cools your mattress.

This was a very meaningful video and livestream chat for the Premiere. I've already shared this with a loved one. I regularly participate in the livestreams and can't wait for tomorrow's Q&A. Dr. Chaffee has truly been a blessing to me and sooooo many other people!
This is precisely why Klaus doesn't want you to have access to meat.
Wonderful that Rebekah found the best way to health in the Carnivore Lifestyle! Congratulations on proving doctors wrong and on your new baby!!!!!!!😊🎉🥩
Thank you Rebekah for speaking out on that CIRS treatment. I tried CSM so many times through the years and could not do it. It is too harsh on the body. I have spent so much money through the years since 1997. Finally, the answers are here and it is so simple. Feeling so blessed now.
💚Just astounding that Rebekah is alive..the power of the Human Spirit and Body! Thank you both for all that you share, and all the others in this sphere, each in their own unique way. 💚
I very much respect Rebekah, really enjoy her videos, and have learned so much from them!
This is awesome
I have been doing carnivore for a year and I feel just thousand times better I work out all day long much heavier weights than I used to I just don’t get tired anymore
This is a wonderful interview Rebekah is amazing so happy for her and her family. I love how she is able to help so many take their lives back restoring their health.
Long. C.o.v.i.d is from the you know what. People need wake up .
Well done Rebekah! It is amazing what the human body can suffer and recover from. Fatty lamb! My favourite
Would b1 help with stomach inflammation??
@@stup4531ultimately it will help the entire alimentary canal.
You’re exactly right. I cured my dysautonimia with megadoses of b1
@@stup4531 zinc, vit c , probiotics and omega 3s are often needed in excess with Celiac patients or those with acquired gluten sensitivity who have damaged guts. This has been proven with studies on both children and adults. It lowers inflammation and TNF in the gut and modulates the immune response. Also inflammation impairs senium absorbtion with further exacerbates gut inflammatuon in a negative feedback loop. A high quality multi...not centrum or other garbage, can often do wonders. I take B1...benfotime, every day as well. Extra glutamine and glycine can be helpfull as well as can a peptide called BCP157. It is a naturally occuring gut peptide and does wonders to heal all parts of the body. Goggle it.

So glad Australia is sending the stockmans meat. Can’t wait to order.
Are they sending it to the US or only in Australia?
Thx.
Congratulations on that recovery that’s amazing, thanks for paying it forward, and for good doctors that care that’s helped me
I told my dr to lower my immune suppressants it was hurting my heart, blood super thin, insomnia took my body forever to heal if I got cuts. it is probably not a good idea. And Dr. Berry.
Amazing testimonial to encourage and inspire us all. Thank you both!
Wow.
Loved Rebecca’s ending quote:
58:35 ‘I think that just leading by example and living your life is the best way to convince someone to try it because they see you are happy and healthy and thriving…’
And Anthony’s story 53:18 when he moved to Perth, and most people were plant based. Thanks for sharing.
I love listening/watching these healing journeys. Thank you Dr. C for sharing ❤️🩹 Huzzah like Dr. Berry would cheer 🎉 👏 👏
Amen ❤
What an excellent guest. Very articulate, knowledgeable, concise and such a powerful testimony. Truly amazing!
Mikayla Peterson also couldn't stay awake. I think she said it was narcolepsy, but i don't recall for sure.
She said it was the depression
Columbus Ohio ❤here
Way to go Rebekah. Awesome that you have healed so many illnesses. You are so brave. Thanks Anthony for a great show
So you're finding that our kidneys can handle all the protein .. as they ... Whoever 'they' is used to say that too much protein in one sitting (they were referring to the protein shakes that have 20 grams of protein ) stresses the kidneys . Thank you for sharing!
Oxalates form kidney stones eating vegetables are far more harmful to your kidneys.
She is absolutely beautiful and her story is simply amazing! Eat meat and thrive!
Red meat contains alot of monounsaturated fat as well as saturated fat. Monounsaturated is the same major fat in olive and avocado oil.
Just wow; what an amazing testimony
Great show! Thank you.
Sooo helpful! Thankyou. There is hope.
Id love to hear the differences in the chemistry of sad breast milk vs. Carnivore vs. Vegan. That would be interesting.
Really enjoyed this talk!
Her life story is AMAZING! WOW.
So thankful for both of you! ❤
Such a great interview.. thank you

100% dude - your presentation Why We Are Carnivores clicked for me and many others it seems, I've seen it many times
Ok. That’s it. I’m going to go back to school to become a health coach!!! Both of you are incredibly inspiring and I have already motivated a few people to join me on carnivore. I’ve always wanted to help people just to help them. Please let me know if there are pitfalls to avoid or any advice you might have. TIA!

I 100% relate to Rebekah. Narcolepsy, Lyme, CIRS, Shoemaker and decades of useless "treatments". Carnivore now and mixed in a few 10+ day water only fastings and the diet makes a difference!
That's amazing! I'm really glad to hear that You are doing so much better! And thank you very much for the support!
Have you taken the swine flu vaccine? Sweden pays compensation in 2009. narcolepsy is associated with this vaccination
Such an amazing woman and so knowledgeable. I am a huge fan of Rebecca. A real inspiration and so resilient.

I tried Carnivore 3 times and had the same histamine issue. I knew it was what I needed to do but didn't know what was going wrong!
Did you find what was going wrong?
@@andyc7747 But lamb tastes horrible...

Before becoming carnivore I was following keto and had promising results accept I had no idea about oxalates 😖😖
By doctors Bergs recommendations I was stuffing my self with bowls of greens and other vegetables and was miserable..
Please contact Dr Chaffee. I believe he's talked about patients being able to get off dialysis. Perhaps he will have info to help you.
Oxalates cause kidney stones from eating vegetables.
Thank you both for this interview. Excellent!
Rebekah, where did you get your certification(s)? What did you study? I also studied natural health and am a health coach, but now I'm more interested in telling others about the carnivore lifestyle. I'm smacking my head about everything I studied about vegetables.
I also started carnivore in May of 2019.
I'm also from North Carolina!
narcolepsy related to vaccinations against swine flu?
@@marka2188 I do trust Dr chaffee 100% and l'm myself on the carnivore side of eating but I have reservation about this guest....
So awesome!!! Praise God! What are the symptoms of Lyme disease and Sers
Great interview!
Sounds like you drew a crowd when ever you went to the hospital. I remember when I had a boil on my back, the doc yelled hey everyone come see this ( 8 letter word).!!!
What word?

Beef typically contains very minimal amounts of vitamin C, usually less than 1 milligram per 100 grams. Compared to fruits like oranges, which can contain 50 milligrams or more of vitamin C per 100 grams, beef is not a significant source of this vitamin and others
try beef liver
When you eat low-carbohydrate, you don't have such a high demand for vitamin C and what's in the meat should be enough if you don't have any deficits.
I hope he can offer ideas, my best guess would be along the lines of dumping excess water.
Releasing toxins.
@wesleytietz4506 I used to be vegetarian and have suffered from chronic UTI for about 4 years. Doctors only send me antibiotics.. my weight was not a problem.
