So, was the bracket a poor design that it needed so much adaptation? The R&D was very interesting. It reminds me of many such situations- not always with perfect outcomes. Your 9 hours of persistence paid off.
@@yttkuar the bracket that came with the kit is designed for stock lower control arms and work perfectly for that application (used them many times) these are widened fully boxed aftermarket they are much bigger in all accounts then factory. It sucked that the original calipers that were on here are of an obsolete design otherwise I would just ordered them and put them on without any modifications needed. But at least moving forward the calipers on the car now or of the modern design that everybody supplies

Good way to install dust caps is with a piece of 2-inch PVC. Works on all caps and zero damage to the cap. Great series!

U are correct it’s either a 6 or 6.5mm Allen not a bolt
