This is the most comprehensive lighting setup review! Love that you show how it can be used. Not just what it’s advertised features are. Very practical, thank you!
Glad you found it helpful, thanks for watching!
I think this is the most honest review of a light. With real time reactions and expressions. No exaggerations. And the light seems like a perfect thing for Filmmakers who are just starting out and can't afford expensive lighting. Thanks man
Appreciate that
I bought this light at Amazon and their was a promotion with a small tripod. I ended up paying $9 for the light and tripod. The light works amazing that I ended up buying 3 more
I'm still using mine until this very day..
The light is great ! I did a 20 sec video of the Ulanzi Video Rig if you are interested!
Thank you so much.. I recently discovered Ulanzi and was intrigued by their VL49 RGB light, your review has really helped to know about it :)
Glad I could help!
The best review on RUclips, great work man. Thank you. I made my choice to by this light with the help of your video
Cheers man!
how long non stop continuous use of this light can be without any harm to light or battery like warming up. and how much durable it is as compare to other vl120
This is probably perfect for stop motion, with the small size and different colors
Wow! Thanks for the review! The most detailed one among any I’ve seen so far!
Love the simplicity of the video, man.
That was one of the most honest and informative reviews i have ever seen.
Purposely finished the ad to support. Thanks for the great video review.
Appreciate that!

Thank you! Was looking for a light for my go pro hero 9 and this review was super helpful. Just bought one!
Glad I could help!
Great review with real scenarios👍 thank you 🙏
Man your shots are so sharp - really wanting to get the Fuji XT4 and 16-55 as my main content creator! :D
Do you use AF on most shots - how do you find the 16-55 AF performance for video?
Cheers man!
I’m really enjoying the X-T4 and the 16-55. I use AF pretty much for all of my shots, unless I’m shooting product B-Roll or I need to use manual focus for some reason. The AF performance of the 16-55 is extremely good, I do get the occasional hunting from the lens but it’s very rare. For talking head shots it’s more than enough. When wearing sunglasses it seems to confuse the AF sometimes..
@@RomaFedorov that’s awesome - do you do much video production with the fuji cameras too?
Not really.. the only thing that I do is RUclips haha 😛
@@RomaFedorov keep it up - I love your content. Very simple and to the point :)
Thank you very much. I want to buy it because of your review.☺️
Наконец-то наглядный обзор!!!
Thanks for the test ... nice job
very good and simple and informative review. thank you
Good, honest review!! Tks mate
Fantastic video my man 👌🏽
Кстати, можешь дать ссылку на стойку, к которой ты крепишь осветители?

@@RomaFedorov спасибо)
The light is very nice, compact, well built and with wide illumination angle. Sadly, it's very dim (W49 of the same size is nearly three times brighter) and - as you've also noticed - indicated colour temperatures are very inaccurate. It's nice as an effect or fill light with variable colour or CT, but if one needs just a white light of this size, VL49 (non RGB variant) or W49 are a much better choice.
Is the W49 rgb?
Well done. I learned a lot! Thank you.
Great review. Perfect review
Awesome lighting!
Thank you so much for the video brother. Helped me a lot. Love from India.❤️
My pleasure
This is not the first time I've seen complaints about plastic build. I prefer plastic in some situations. Plastic is lighter weight. This means I can use lighter mounts making everything overall lighter in weight.
Thank you man thank you!
AWESOME , two thumb's up bro 👍👍
thank you 🙌
That can be used for variety things. Power isn’t great but it shows some of it. Many peoples use like $60 light source like this. Honestly I can’t pay that much for small LED panel. Especially I’ll use it from time to time.
Good video, not many do about that light :)
Informative man thank you!
I just bought this light and am extremely surprised by the results. It's extremely bright and is perfect for what I will use it for, which is low light conditions when I'm out camping. An absolute bargain at €20.
Such a good video, thank you
Great detailed video.
Thanks for doing this review
Very usefull review. Thanks!
ima gonna buy this small guy
Good video mate!
Cheers!
Отличное, качественное видео, спасибо!
What kind of paper do you use for that blue background? Would dollar store paper work?
I use cheap PVC photo backgrounds, in the past I was using a cheap dollar store paper but it was always getting dirty. You can watch this video: ruclips.net/video/N6ljJcf-jY0/видео.html, if you want to know exactly how my overhead rig looks like.
@@RomaFedorov Thank you!
Could you tell me what kind of background are you using? Thanks for the review, very useful!
nice review bro love from philippines 🙂
Great video. It helped in my decision. I think I’ll buy it. Thanks.
Glad I could help!
Great video 🎉
Very good objective video. Thank you!
Great review. 👍
I made a Chroma with that Ulanzi VL49 in my channel. Fantastic review.
Really great Video. Thank you!
Thanks for watching!
Awesome review 👍👍
thank you for this!
thank you sir, you helped me.
Could you keep it on indefinitely with the type c cable plugged into a power source?
Excellent!
¡Gracias por el review!

Thanks for the review! how do i know when it's fully charged?
Great video. Thanx
Hi.. this is enough to make outdoor food vlogging with my smartphone or can you pls suggest me other light?
Very nice video. Thanks 🙏
You’re welcome 😊
i am still confused, should i purchase it for vlogging or not?
thanks! great video
Thanks for watching!
Hi and amazing review ! What is the white surface you used at 7:03? Is it the table itself or some acrylic you put on top?
It was just the table itself.
The small screen above the buttons is not showing up even though the light is on on mine. Any idea how to fix this?
Good afternoon, I was very interested in your video about the light for the video, now I know what kind of light to buy I wish you prosperity and wealth
Hi, What’s kind of color material do you use for the table?
Many thanks for this review with no bullshit in it.
Is it bright or at least brighter than the Andoer Cl-36?
Very good video. Well done.
Cheers!
So far this RGB still in good condition ? any problem for this product ?
Can I use this light on my set up for vlogging with iphone 8 ??
In my region, it only cost around $15±. Just odered it yesterday, patiently waiting for a week xD
Thank you
Can we attach this rgb mini light to a andoer table tripod
how to make it color shift or like a wave effect
Что лучше: VIJIM или Ulanzi?
VIJIM VL196.
Thanks!
When the brightness outside is as bright as like the sun setting, would it be bright enough to be a fill light in that condition?
No
great product
Let me know about your Vlogging set up, what is it you're using?
it is recommended for Light Painting???
Can you say which tripod you used to attach this mini rgb
👍🏻
Mine is defective already after just a few months and using the VL49 a couple of times only. When I turn it own, the light and battery indicators are flashing, or it just stop completely.
Mine is still working
Adding 2 or more will be bright enough.:)
Looks good. I have basic version vl49 and it is really nice.
