I’ve suffered with anxiety and have a lot of depression issues most of my life and I wished I’d found asmr sooner I just learned about this a few months ago and I have to say I’ve watched a few others but they aren’t nothing compared to Sarah and of course I’m sure it’s just a preference but by the comments I can clearly see she is a favorite and I had a really bad day a couple months back and expressed it here and I had so many nice people who responded with so many words of encouragement ❤❤❤

Sarah, this is a great video and extremely helpful. Thank you so much. I’ve just been diagnosed with high blood pressure due to stress and it’s been a life long problem for me. Now it’s a problem physically and potentially very dangerous. Has me worried going forward and I need to control my thinking and try and get my bp under some type of control or it will lead to dangerous medical problems.

Most of the time, I can talk myself down, but today, I was unable to do that. This video greatly reduced my anxiety. Thank you so much for all you do, Sarah Lavender ASMR!
