    Place a stitchmarker in the last loop of your crochet chain and pull it tight, it will never come undone this way until you need it again. 🤩

    i watched this two dozen times and I cannot get it. sorry maybe if it were in slow motion. Ikeep forgetting where I need to place my fingers to hold the needles and yarn EDIT: to be fair, I finally got it, I think

      Yes, like long-tail cast on it will suddenly click. It is fussy, but once you see the process, it will come.

    He's calling it a Crochet hook when he's using knitting needles.
    That's just as bad people calling knitting needles Crochet hooks. GRR!
