This vlog makes me wanna go back to the ocean, my last freediving was March lasy yr. And it is really TRUE that you will find your inner peace. Which what i am missing right now. My laziness the procrastination is killing my game.I was very focus in the deep ocean and the only thing that in my mind is how long i could hold my breath. But thank you because of this its like an eye opener for me, that i got to keep going and be back on track. And learn more and more again.

10:39 when I heard that word mindfulness, i remember what ive learned from the short course in udemy about Mindfulness because it benefits my mental and physical health while or after working. I dont if ako lang ba yung ganito, i have different feels of relaxation being mindful to yourself than sleeping. Hindi naman kasi ako pwedeng matulog while working 🤣. But yeah, mindfulness exercise keeps me feel at peace.
