@@sheenaoliver2470I went through that. Be careful. I thought I couldn't have kids and needed that surgery that you're referring to as I had a 0.05% chance of having a baby. At 25 I told my new boyfriend I couldn't get pregnant right upfront, as part of the sex talk (which is what you should have done, honestly). He wanted children but we stayed together for only a few months as it just didn't work out for other reasons. I got pregnant IMMEDIATELY. That child was stillborn unfortunately. I didn't find out until we broke up because I didn't think it was possible. I ended up meeting and marrying my wonderful husband and got pregnant on my honeymoon. I gave birth to a daughter at 31. As I type this I'm pregnant again at 39. God has the last say.

At this grown age we should ask those type of questions about kids. I have a daughter and it’s brought up first conversation. Then the girl normally ask if I want another kid eventually. Then I ask them. Folks make it difficult for no reason lol
That was probably the best thing that could have happened to her. If left like that, he wasn't emotionally invested anyway. When dating one shoukd date there equal/ be honest about intentions/ don't be afraid to leave when the relationship no longer suits you. It's ok to walk away.

Jess was absolutely correct, and I was not comfortable and I was scared to tell the truth. If I told the truth up front.We would possibly Still be friends now . And for all the overly nosy people .the surgery is not a hundred percent guarantee Insurance only partially covers it The amount of time I would have to take off work is crazy Just realistically if all of that works I would still possibly be high risk Pregnancy So I rather invest that love, time, effort, and money into a child That needs a loving home instead of chasing a dream that may never happen I was a little overly excited talking to them on the radio but I did go And continue to go to therapy And i'm okay with the choice that I made I'm just a regular person trying to figure it out. As a person who is 38..who has never been pregnant and may not be able to have children due to PCOS. I agree with Jess that sis needs to have that convo early as to not waste anyone's time including her own. Also so that person has the full choice of what they want to do. I also agree with Jess that sis needs to get back into therapy to talk about the lack of self worth and feeling rejection that can come from dealing with these types of issues

Im on the complete opposite spectrum of the woman who cant have kids, I dont want to have any. But i will say, that its sad that women aren't able to carry, especially when they want to have children. I also understand the man's point of view as well, he just should have communicated that with her instead of leaving abruptly.
