For anyone saying Cassie stayed in a toxic relationship, she literally physically tried to leave him and even went to another State. Diddy has people all over and he was able to find her. He physically forced her back and made threats to her if she gave him any problems. She has seen what he's capable of, so she took him seriously.
The 34 year old woman explained exactly what a toxic person is…..she enjoys the drama and the rollercoaster emotions of the relationship but eventually that shit will drain you mentally and emotionally to the point only thing left to cater to is the physical part of the relationship….it will be more lows than highs in a relationship like that…not all relationships are toxic but seem like the callers who “love” it are not looking for longevity or marriage nothing healthy but they are looking for relationships they feel like they have control or a hold over the other person In an unhealthy way ……

Folk that grow up in chaos define that as "normal". When you get stressed, your brain secretes the hormone cortisol. It has an endorphic connection and can become somewhat addictive. Heavy stress (and in turn heavy cortisol) causes permenamt structural changes to the brain. Stresses like abuse, poverty, absent parents etc. The state of being stressed becomes home base, nostalgic even. When these people grow up they seek out their comfort zone, and in turn often self sabatoge things that don't feel like that (even feel bored when at peace). From a psychological explaining...
