I personally don’t put too much stock into the head to head results of Mahomes v Brady. You have Brady with 20 years of league experience still playing MVP caliber football during his SB run vs KC. Mahomes was only in his 3rd full year as a starter. Then you have Mahomes still maturing at the time when they faced off and who admitted himself when he was drafted he didn’t know how to read defenses when he came into the league. Very hard to put too much stock into a matchup with players in very different stages of their careers. The scary thing is QBs tend to hit their prime in their early 30s. And Mahomes is only 28.

I personally don’t put too much stock into the head to head results of Mahomes v Brady. You have Brady with 20 years of league experience still playing MVP caliber football during his SB run vs KC. Mahomes was only in his 3rd full year as a starter.
Then you have Mahomes still maturing at the time when they faced off and who admitted himself when he was drafted he didn’t know how to read defenses when he came into the league. Very hard to put too much stock into a matchup with players in very different stages of their careers.
The scary thing is QBs tend to hit their prime in their early 30s. And Mahomes is only 28.
