Hi Guneet, I always say that experiences differ from person to person. Your scalp might just be sensitive to the product. Please discontinue any product that feels unusual or is unbearable to you in anyway.

I have used the shampoo and I really like it. But if you are looking for Sulphate free, I highly recommend the Shikakai Powder by Hesh. It is the best!!

Hi dear! You can try mamaearth’s onion shampoo and conditioner for amazingly smooth hair. As it strengthens our hair .. suggesting from my personal experience.
In my opinion you should follow the steps that I've shown in the video. That is the exact recommendation from behind the box of the product. When I use the Loreal one, I use it post Shampooing as a repair conditioner for the length of the hair and rinse it off with water. But this mask says to shampoo after application.
Ive used this product after seeing the video on RUclips. Its not at all effective. It didn't help me 1 bit also. Not useful at all. Waste of time and money.

Use this product as a co-wash in between no poo days and wash it with plain water instead of shampoo.
