Incidentally, no one in the ragtime community has ever found a copy of the sheet music to "Sortin' the Mail" by Jentes, mentioned on the cover of this and several of his other Mills publications. I am not even sure it was ever copyrighted at Library of Congress (as Mills did with practically every piece they published), so maybe it was never actually published?

Reminds me of the Mario Underwater theme.

And the C section reminds me of the inner parts of Anitra’s Dance.

Thanks for posting this swingy ragtime waltz! This is a really nice piece by Harry Jentes, who had a great command of harmony.
The composer made one known audio recording of it, for ARTo / Bell records (parent company was the Standard Music Roll Co of Orange, NJ, who made the popular ARTo piano rolls and others).
All the records of any music issued by this record company are very rare today. This recording is from 1922 or 1923 I think.
He turns in a brilliant performance of his own waltz on this rare record.
