I traded my 22 4Runner for the 22 highlander XSE. 4 runner was killing me in gas and with 3 kids the 4 runner did not have air for the 3rd row. Highlander is def more family friendly

4runner is built for offroading. If had your family size, I would have gone for the sienna instead. It has a tone of space and up to 36 MPG

I wish it had cooled seating like my Limited Highlander does.

Heated Steering Wheel would be nice too.

@@brodiwheeler7583 My RAV4 Prime does include heated steering wheel and window wipers, plus heated back seats. I love it!

My red xse was delivered yesterday. I tinted my windows and it looks much better. JBL system is really nice. I have the black leather with red insets. Looks better too

I have been looking between the XSE and the XLE. One big difference between the two is the AWD option. I like the XSE better for the Available Dynamic Torque Vectoring All-Wheel Drive (TV-AWD) that can be better for curves, which so far only the XSE, LIMITED, AND PLATINUM offer. Hopefully in the future the Available Dynamic Torque Vectoring All-Wheel Drive (TV-AWD) becomes the AWD Toyota offers, which seems to be better than the AWD that it has been offering in the past.

Waiting for our 22’ XSE. Currently driving a 2008 Highlander. Have you compared the ride with a non XSE? (Body roll)

I think the selling point for me here is the looks. If there was no xse, I would likely have gone for the palisade or telluride. They have alot more tech and more fancy than the highlander for a similar price range.

I like them both equally and I’m planning on getting a Toyota but if your talking about the recalls bro.. 5.84 million Toyotas recalled for a defect that could cause the part to fail back in 2020. In terms of price, they are relatively the same price man. The XSE doesn’t have so many features that my fathers Pilot has and it still costs almost $50K lol.

We are on our third yota since the wife likes the space.. the pilot has a much better ride quality and quietness, and our cx-9 gt is miles in safety, convenience ride quality and interior quality.. this is a great grocery getter or daily driver to beat around… not much more… and all of these fall short on our weekend trips with the kids in our 21 yukon denali
