I qould say im intermediate at crocheting. I have come across 6 different baby sweater patterns and this is the one that worked for me!! Thank you so much. I think my baby will look so cute in it once he is here. ❤❤❤
So happy to hear!
Girrl you’re a grandma?! I thought you were young with new born babies you look great for your age!❤😂
Absolutely love this pattern and tutorial! Thank you! And to the people that say they don’t understand it etc, I find some of the comments rather rude as this lady is sharing a free pattern here 😉 a bit of gratitude goes a long way. Thanks so much MJ ❤
Thank you so much! I’ll never be able to please everyone. Enjoy😊
I had no idea this would be so easy! The video is a bit tricky to follow but I found if I just watched ahead of what you were doing it was easy to work out. Thank you!
Thank you sooooo much! I have done several of your patterns, and each time I search I find myself hoping your name comes up. Your patterns are easy to follow- and how you offer each one in a variety of sizes is chefs kiss!!
Wonderful!
I made this one yesterday for my friend who is waiting for her son to be born and I made two in an adult sizes too. I’m so thankful to you and your wonderful job! My life is much more happier now with crocheting and you help me to recover from depression. God bless you 🙏
I want to make it in adult size for 8 years old..
What should I do
@@kiratgill4861 hope the author will see you question and answer 🙏 if your 8 yo wears size xs you should consider getting the pattern for all sizes and use the video tutorial for an adult - there is one by the same author too
Just made one for my 2 yr old niece! Only took 2 days. I did find it a bit tricky but followed the video and the written pattern at the same time!
Can you please tell me the exact measurements exact yarn and needle no for 2 to 3 years baby please
So it was tricky to get my head around. But what helped is that I followed the written pattern along with the video.
In the written patterned, they have the new born size then the higher sizes in brackets, so as you go along the video/pattern just make sure you keep track of that. I then got measurements of my niece to make sure it was going to fit.
Hook: 4 & 4.5
Balls: 2 X 100g (did have some left over)
I have purchased this pattern and cannot wait to make this! I’ve never been able to read a pattern, but with the help of your tutorial, and having already watched it, I feel like when Grandma would say, “Kathy, watch and follow…” ❤
That’s wonderful!
congratulations on your baby granddaughter. once again your amazing. thank you for your tutorial love mj
I’m making one right now in plain white and wow the color of your tutorial here is just a wonderful variegated beauty!
Wow I really enjoyed this pattern. This was my first baby item to crochet. I don't read patterns very well. I really appreciate the detailed video. Thank you❤
Just made my first baby sweater. Hands down…this is my favourite pattern so far. Thank you so much!!!

How did you make this for an older child?
I just finished one (as a gift) in size 6 mo with a mint green yarn. It was so easy and fun to see come together.
How did you do it in 6 months? I can't figure that out
@@shaeezahidme too! I’ve tried 3 times tonight and pulled it all out in temper 😂 I can’t understand the written instructions for 6m
Your granddaughter is so adorable. I love babies.🥰
I fell asleep watching this and woke up looking at her.😂

I'm planning on it!
Beautiful sweater, your granddaughter is absolutely adorable. I enjoyed knitting and crocheting for my grand and great grandchildren.
Absolutely love all your patterns. I plan on buying this one tomorrow, already bought the adult version. I started the adult version last week and I finished it tonight. Now I want to make several child size ones.

Ty so much for the tutorial for baby granny pop sweater, love it and can’t stop making them, never been able to complete a sweater before😍❤️
Wonderful!
Just made one of these for my baby due december, was so easy to follow along and worked up so quickly! Got it done in abour 4 hours, which would have been faster if i wasnt pausing and unpausing the video 🤣 would work up a lot quicker if i was working from a written pattern which is brilliant! Thank you! Can you please make more newborn clothing xx
I’m actually really thrilled that I came across your pattern, because while thrifting, I found the exact yarn you are using and it couldn’t have been a more perfect fit for a project!
Wonderful!
Making this, today, for my Ophelia who turns 6 months old, tomorrow! 💕
I can’t wait to make this!! I’ve been scrolling RUclips at work looking for a project to do on my lunch hour. Thank you so much for your services🩷
Hope you enjoy it!
I can't believe you have a granddaughter, you look so young!
This is truly a blessing. Thank you for sharing this with us all! ❤
I’m happy for you, but tell me, how are you possibly following this “tutorial?” She never says how many shells before a “v” stitch. She never lets us look back on her work…I feel like I’ve totally missed part of the class! Like I should know something I never heard!..I so wanted to make this little sweater. Alas..I’m lost!..take care!…🤟🏼
@@midnightrun2764 this is my first jersey I'm making. I watch the video at half speed to follow her better (since I'm a newbie) and also check the link she gave to her website that has the pattern. I count it on both to be sure I've made a mistake and had to undo a piece but following it together with video at lower speed really helps
ty for sharing the pattern. I did this for my baby but with mohair yarn, turned out super cute 🥺
ce petit pull est trop mignon, j'adore, je vais le faire en plusieurs tailles et de couleurs différente s,
merci beaucoup pour vos explications 🙏🍀💐🌺🌹😘
Too stinking cute! I see possible matching mommy baby sweaters in the near future
Made 2 of them already! So lovely! Thank you!
Our first is due next month so I've got the nesting bug. This was the perfect project and turned out so beautiful! Thank you, I can't wait to see him in it!
Aweh congratulations!
I was able to make this in a day and a half! I’m almost done with my second one and it’s taken me only a day!
It's beautiful going to try and make it for my granddaughter
You're a great instructor with nice cadence and explanations! I learned a lot as this is my first sweater attempt.
Thank you! That’s great!
I find her voice very soothing too! Haha
English is not my first language so sometimes I find it hard to fully understand what's being said but her voice is the right tone and it's very easy to understand and pleasant to be guided by Michelle's voice 😊
These are adorable!!!!❤❤ I am going to love making this sweater for some babies!!!
Thank you!
It’s beautiful
Beautiful just beautiful want to make for my grandson
I can’t wait to start these for my granddaughters ❤️
Aw mj what a cute little sweater I think it's adorable thanks so much I've already made quite a few of your baby cardigans for charity so I will do this next.your amazing teacher and designer..💝💝
I'm attending a baby shower in August, so I look forward to making this along with one of your baby hat patterns. I just ordered the yarn through your link. I can't wait to try it out.
I’m part way through making one for me, but I’m already looking forward to making one for my friends 1 year old!
Grandaughter? You dont look even close to old enough to be a grandma! Also; I think your videos are so fantastic. My great-grandma & grandma taught me how to crochet, and we lost my grandma two years ago. She always crocheted blankets for my babies, but obviously isn't able to do that this time around, so with baby due in April, I picked it back up again, and I've been making so many things! I haven't tried anything super complicated yet, but I'm working on improving my skills.
Lovely pattern, thank you. Did it in one night ❤
Wonderful!
Absolutely stunning ❤❤thank you for sharing
Made this last night! Love it!!
Thanks a lot for the pattern! It was really easy to follow ❤!
It’s so cute and love the yarn u chose. Thanks for sharing!!! Have a good evening!!!

Love it thanks blessings
So adorable!!!❤💙💜🩷
I made this one. So cute. Thank you!
I will be making it for boys and girls
So cute and works up really fast - thank you ❤
The website for the written instructions is very busy & confusing. Is there a direct link?
I just finished the little sweater thanks to the pattern on Etsy but I ABSOLUTELY need to have a pattern to make the matching pants... It's sooo cute !!!
Thank you love all your pattern
love your tutorials.
So glad!
Hey , I’ve been trying to do the first round of clusters and mine aren’t adding up , I’ve got the corner correct but front and back I have 7 clusters , I had 44 stitches , 48 rows of collar
I’ve tried making this sweater several times and thought it must be my lack of experience as to why I couldn’t get the woke right. It’s been about 6 months now with much more experience and still haven’t gotten it correct.
48 stitches long for the ribbing, single crochet in each stitch, always end up with 44 stitches. I’ve decided to squeeze 4 more stitches in there to see if it works up correctly, here’s hoping!
I had this issue too! Make sure your first round of clusters aren’t all in one stitch! Don’t put your 3 doubles in one. It’s three doubles yes, but along 3 of your stitches. If this makes sense.
Idk if this helps or if I’m even answering the right kind of question. Let me know!
Bro I've restarted this thing like 8 times nothing is adding up there r no time stamps I've slowed it down and zoomed in I give up😭
I think I almost did the same thing I think it’s when she says 3dc in the st it’s 3 separate stitches not a cluster in one stitch
I’ve had the same thing.
Absolutely love your tutorials. So easy to follow and I enjoy and look forward to making them. Can you do the raglan top down jumper in kids sizes or put the sizes in your pattern if you get the time. Thankyou
Thank you so much for this beautiful pattern 🥰
Thank you so much💓
