About Project Fame: Project Fame West Africa is a regional music talent reality TV Show produced in Lagos Nigeria and aired across West Africa. The show features contestants from Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Nigeria. Auditions are conducted in these four West African countries to select a total of 24 contestants who then advance to the next stage and converge in Lagos, where the judges will weed off 6 contestants, leaving 18 to advance to the semi finals. From these 18, only 15 will advance to the Academy where they will be drilled and trained in the art of music for weeks.
The show runs for a total of 10 weeks, during which one contestant will be evicted every week for the duration of the show. One winner will emerge and win the star prize, while first and second runners up go home with consolation prizes.

OMG can't believe I was tearing up😂😂I'm really going to miss these guys. Each and everyone of them had their own unique character. In as much as it pains me to say this, I think Okiemute deserves to win. All her performances and even rehearsals have been a hit back-to-back. One can see how much hard work and dedication she puts into every performance. Plus the fact that she has a good head over her shoulders, she has shown us that she's well mannered and I think shewon't allow the fame and money get into her head. So Okiemute for the win, followed by Kitay, Pere, Winner, Elizabeth and Dapo.I just wish Favor and Steve had been given a chance to blossom in the academy. But its all good, I know greater opportunities awaits them.

awww I just cried at the end. I'm glad mummy J made them have that talk, coming clean helps strengthen bonds. And that grandma..I love her! my highlights this season:

- Johnny drille (and the fact that they used his tune as soundtrack for lizzy & kitay , I think I've watched that exclusive ten times)
- Falz! crashing that nomination show
- Dolapo! miss mtn projection. she made my day men, I laughed so hard I cried.
- mtn really indulged and incorporated the fans this season in many ways, I liked that
- online voting! for us wey no dey naija. finally, thank you mtn very much, we asked forever, we appreciate it.
- Jeff Akohs album launch! he's an amazing mature artist as young as he is, he has little of everything plus the talent, and clearly works hard.

Okiemute was fantastic all-through. But she didn't grow in the academy. She was just there with her consistency all through, there was no wow factor again in recent performances. Lizzy overtook them all and got "best performance of the night" twice...my thought.

The truth is no one can swear that he or she is perfect. ln as much as they got their differences,i still think they will further create a stronger bond between them after this show. l noticed that Pere might be jealous of Kitay in the house and kitay might be right about Pere always wanting to be "boss",but saying he' hates such people' is a strong and bad way of expression and was not right from KItay. l still like Pere;even supported him right from the beginning until i shifted to Kitay being my top 1. winner is 2 faced,and such character is bad for a lady. season 9 will always be a memorable one because they all picked up very fast and they entertained me so well.
