Rin transplanting Obito's eye is a non-feat considering how easily ppl have been popping eyeballs in the later stages of the series (lookin at you, Madara with Kakashi's eye).
I mean to be fair Madara did have a massive healing factor with the ten tails and divine tree, without the divine tree he was healing half his body in like 10 seconds and after the divine tree he became immortal, a simple eye wouldn't be much of an issue. Maybe you could argue a bit when Madara popped his rinnegan that white Zetsu brought to him, but he did absorb Hashirama's sage mode and was shown to be able to heal by absorbing chakra from others

She restrained 100 percent kurama with her chains that too after having child birth and nine tails ripped out of her belly. Plus Sakura would actually be more dangerous then tsunade with the byakugou seal since Sakura wouldn’t need to use it to keep herself looking youthful like tsunade does so she can maximize the full power of it. Now as I said it’s more likely kushina would lose but it’s not 100% certain cause she can still very well win against either of them if she was well versed in all of her uzumaki clans sealing jutsu’s which I imagine didn’t just have defensive sealing jutsu but also offensive sealing jutsu like the reaper death seal which basically would kill her and anyone she uses it on (though orochimaru is the exception for not dying but lost the ability to cast and wield jutsu after losing his arms).

We don't how strong Kushina is since we never saw her in combat but what we know is that she's capable of manifesting and using chakra chains in combat(karin used it to decimate a wooden giant and it was her first time manifesting them in war arc. Orochimaru even commented her chains were similar to Kushina intending that Kushina was well versed in her abilities both for sealing and combat). If a 1v1 ever happened with sakura/tsunade and Kushina. I can see Kushina easily restraining them with chakra chains(if kurama can't escape them, then even with byakugou they can't break them) and ending the match in a stalemate. Also her adamantine dome is unbreakable during the sealing ritual making it strongest defensive barrier we saw so far as strong as susanoo is so she can just defend herself well. Combat skillswise and physical strength sakura stomps no cap but I'm here talking about hax abilities. Naruto himself needed kushinas chakra chains to take on kurama. It's just like saying Naruto have baryon mode to beat sasuke but sasuke can just teleport to other dimensions and attack until Narutos guard is down. Chakra chains are really a wasted potential ability.

A few issues with this list. 1. You mentioned Roshi and Han used an Avatar state of their Tailed Beasts, when it wasn't confirmed. What we see could very well be just their version of a partial transformation like Bee uses. 2. You have Madara over someone like Kaguya. It took the combined effort of Hagoromo and his brother to defeat their mother while Naruto and Sasuke only possess Hagoromo's full power split into them equally. Therefore, Kaguya would be a the superior Jinchuriki no matter how you look at it. 3. Through technicalities, you could consider Sasuke as a Jinchuriki briefly when harnessing ALL 9 Tailed Beasts into his Perfect Susano'o. Yang Kurama told Naruto this was on the same level as Hagoromo, with the exception of making his Perfect Susano'o act as a Gedo Statue. While he wasn't a Jinchuriki like Naruto and others, he definitely achieved Jinchuriki control level by utilizing their power. His comment made to Naruto after the transformation was "You hold only a little piece of each Biju's chakra..." compared to him holding all of it. Just how you considered Kabuto the "best" Rinnegan user through technicalities, we can do the same with Sasuke's Biju Perfect Susano'o.
i think its closer to an avatar cloak than partial transformation because if you look closely at the edges of the bijuus, you see chakra squiggly flame aura like the ones you see around a susanoo and around kurama when he’s damaged and missing half his face. if you look at han and to the upper left (right under the 5 tails leg), you also see that squiggly chakra aura. i think all tailed beasts jinjurikis are capable of it but not all are able to do it. this could perhaps be due to their contract or the type of seals used. killer bee did say that his seal was inferior to naruto’s seal. naruto’s seal was from the reaper death seal which sealed split the soul/chakra of the nine tails into halves. maybe that’s why he has extra abilities? it’s a seal that costs the caster’s life so it’s pretty strong and sophisticated 🤷

It definitely would explain why out of the 4 with great control and cooperation with their Tailed Beasts, (Han, Roshi, Bee and Naruto) that only Bee differs from them. If it boils down to different seals, then I think that should've been explored. My other theory is that this is Kishimoto 9 years after his original series ended either forgetting or simply adding in lore illustrations on how partial or avatar transformations look. We all assumed that Naruto was the only Jinchuriki that was different for some reason based on how he is the only one to possess a Chakra Mode, unlike the others. Even compared to the Perfect Jinchuriki such as Bee. Which is why he was capable of performing an Avatar of Kurama (Also, we thought this was due to him being Ashura reincarnated who too had an Avatar state). Then we got to the Minato manga and now we're shown more details.

They sealed Kaguya within the moon which was formed by the sealing jutsu ! But Haguromo was Kaguya level before becoming the Jenshuriki of the Ten Tails! He had help though, so it's hard to quantify the exact power level.

Hello physicist here, those planetoids were nowhere near the size of the moon. The moon is roughly 2% of the size of the planet Earth. That sounds small but it still has a radius of 25% of the earth. Even in that picture where you compared it, it was still a quarter of a million miles away. Group all those planetoids together and it MIGHT be half the radius of the moon, but you have to remember that volume is cubic, so that would still be around only 10% of the moon's size.
@DygoKnight It has the same crater pattern and exists in the same solar system. There is no evidence it is smaller and a decent argument it may be larger. No way a moon the size you are suggesting has the topographical features seen in The Last.

Even without the Juubi he probably would be on par in terms of power since he directly inherited half of Kaguya's Chakra. As a Jinchuriki in his prime, he's about thrice as powerful at least having everything he has (minus the Rinne Sharingan) and more (the missing Bijuu chakra that was in Naruto and Bee, much stronger base Chakra like what he gave Naruto and Sasuke). And that doesn't contradict Madara being "close" because being "close" is vague and relative. The same thing was said about Obito and he was missing almost all of Kurama and Gyuki. When everyone else is less than 1%, being 50% close is pretty close on paper, even if not in practice. As for the Rinne Sharingan, Madara unlocked that by having a Rinnegan and flying to the moon, which he says so himself. Has nothing to do with surpassing Hagoromo. All it does that we know is give him Infinite Tsukuyomi, which Hagoromo is immune to with his Rinnegan like Sasuke, and Kaguya's dimension shifting powers, which Hagoromo can counter with his own space-time ninjutsu or just fly and survive the environments like Naruto. Hagoromo can see, sense and touch his Limbo clones and can create living things and reshape reality with Creation of All Things. He can create the moon sized Chibaku Tensei by himself now even without the Juubi as a ghost. The Chakra used for the seals was separate from the permanent gifts and went back to him after the seal was done. Hagoromo is >= Juubi Madara + SPSM Naruto + Rinnegan Sasuke.

Just an observation by me. It was never stated in the series that the most tails an Tailed Beast has, the more powerful It is. It just happens to the 2 strongest Tailed Beast are the ninth and the eight. Shukaku said in the series that he hates Kurama for thinking this exact same logic you did. I would say Shukaku is in mid tier of the beasts. It confronted really well Gamabunta, was usefull against Madara and its Magnetic style is op.
While that is a way of looking at it we know that the two strongest are the 8 and 9 tails and given the utter lack of feats they all have especially when compared with each other it's very easy and most likely to infer that the more tails the stronger even if it's just considering raw power and some may have a larger gap than others than they can also matchup check each other as long as they are in the same set essentially they are all similar in power but the difference seems to be almost exponential in difference with the two the higher end of the tailed beast having a substantial difference when compared to those below them like how half the 9 tails is enough to rival 4 of the others if I remember

Kinkaku and Ginkaku alone would have got destroyed by Tobirama but they had reinforcements and our racist boy was outnumbered by a lot. Although, he did create the Flying Raijin, the jutsu with which Minato killed 10000 shinobis, but the jutsu wasn't perfected at his time.

In the lore there’s nothing that really indicates that ginkaku and kinkaku were involved in anything else after their battle against tobirama. which basically implies that while the 2nd hokage received life-threatening fatal injuries from the two of them he still had enough strength to catch two more bodies and took them with him into death. So put some respect on the 2nd hokage name because he faced those two monsters and the 20 kage level shinobi they brought with them to form their unit all on his own while covering the retreat of his comrades and one of them being the next hokage and not one enemy got passed the 2nd hokage to cut off the retreat of his comrades because the 2nd hokage stood on business and basically killed all of them before dying. He didn’t run away either he stayed behind to cover the retreat and live to fight another day and in, trusting his comrades, with the protection of the village and the will of fire.

Imagine what Minato could have achieved if he became Kyubi jinchuriki and lived. FTG is OP by itself, but with KCM Minato would be an absolute menace. If he tags you with flying thunder mark, he could just peace out a few hundred kilometers away, make a shadow clone, have the clone do the FTG barrier thing and just proceed to teleport point blank biju bombs on your @ss. And he doesn't even need to do it at the time, he could wait for years and effectively hold you hostage.
Kaguya wasn't a Jinchuriki. When she merged with God Tree it gave rise to the Ten Tails. Kaguya IS the Ten tails essentially, thus she is also every tailed beast, split up.

No 1 is definitely Haguromo! He wasn't fighting every day of his life and preferred settling differences by talking to people. We also don't see a lot of him to see his feats. That being said, Haguromo's powers manifested in ways that exceeded everyone; the moon, the nine Tailed Beasts, and Ninshu itself. The problems of his time called for different strenght than the Warring States period where Madara's strength was forged. Still, Haguromo is the strongest fighter in Naruto history.

The limbo clones by themselves aren't that much of a threat but combined with Madara himself they could quickly overwhelm somebody, especially 4 clones at the same time. The seal is useless if you can't simultaneously touch the target. That said I believe that they could probably seal at least 1 eye Madara but anything after that is too much to ask
When talking to Naruto and Sasuke, Hagoromo himself says that Madara's power is getting close to him... And Hagoromo was just talking about Madara with an INCOMPLETE Juubi ( remember that Naruto as one half of Kurama, and just one half of Kurama is shit-ton of chakra ) and ONE rinnegan... Rinnegan who is said to boost MASSIVELY the power of the wielder when the two eyes are together... and add a rinnnesharingan in top of that. Full power Madara would have been an absolute menace. I love Naruto with all my heart but I will never forgive Kishimoto and the editors for stealing this from us.
He only surpassed a hagoromo with no ten tails and hence wasn't a jinchuruki as he was in his prime and as a jinchuruki would have absolutely dwarfed juubidara
A lot of people already said this, but I'm sorry, Hagoromo should be #1. He defeated the Ten Tails/Kaguya with Hamura, and THEN became a Jinchuriki of the complete Ten Tails (Madara missed half of Kurama). Also, those Chibaku Tenseis don't rival the moon together, only how it looks like in the sky. If it's anything like our IRL moon, it's WAY farther from Earth and bigger than you think (making it look way smaller). Look up the distance to scale. If the Earth is scaled to a baseball, the moon's still several feet away.
Talking about Hagoromo and Madara, not Kaguya. Kaguya is stronger than both of them. But even then, Hagoromo said that as a ghost without the Juubi. As a living person without it he beat the Juubi with Hamura, and that Juubi (unknown to them according to Zetsu) was Kaguya merged with the Divine Tree. Hagoromo and Hamura were enough to beat that version of the Ten Tails and sealed its chakra into Hagoromo. Jinchuriki Hagoromo is arguably stronger than Kaguya, depending on how much chakra if any wasn't sealed into him but in the Chibaku Tensei Moon.

It was a vague general statement yeah but with context, it likely refers to either him as a ghost or pre-Juubi. Like I said, Zetsu said they didn’t know the Juubi they fought was Kaguya merged with the God Tree. He and Hamura sealed its Chakra, Kaguya’s chakra, into him. But yeah that’s why I put at the end there that maybe they didn’t seal all of Kaguya’s chakra into him. Either way, both of them are above Madara. That shouldn’t even be a debate.

Utakata is underrated. Sure they are bubblesi get it, but they give him alot of versatility. He has bubbles that can do alot of different stuff. Plus his non cannon fight with pain shows he was strong. His v2 state took out half the pains, and can use something similar to the four tails. Instead of lava it was acid but he could cloak himself in it and you couldnt even touch him without burning for face off lol.
4:12 Honestly, that's fair, she was a vessel for the 9 and was said to be really impressive, but we never saw her DO anything, therefore she gets a low spot.
For the guys talking about hagoromo positon, we must remember: Hagoromo himself told naruto and sasuke that kaguya was stronger than him and also said madara was becoming just like kaguya. Hagoromo never had a rinnesharingan and not only madara had this but also absorbed the Divine Tree.... So: they were both jinchurikis of 10 tails but madara got more power ups(rinnesharingan and divine tree).
Hagoromo was likely talking about himself at the moment or when he fought the Ten Tails/Kaguay, and he still never said he surpassed him. If he was powerful enough to beat it/her with Hamura even before becoming a Jinchuriki, his power afterward should be beyond both of them. Remember also, he literally gave Naruto and Sasuke power that together threatened Madara and then bear Kaguya with a technique he gave them and then went back to him (the seals). The Ten Tails is also literally the Divine Tree merged with Kaguya. Obito spit it out earlier, Madara just got it back. Then Black Zetsu still had to power him up way more to turn him into Kaguya. All he has on him is the Rinnesharingan but he was missing half of Kurama and bits of the others.
One eye Madara was getting close to his power and double eye is a X times increase in power, then there's also the power increase by the Rinnesharingan (in fact there's also the divine tree but we don't know how that behaves when it comes to power), then Madara is literally the smartest character in the series (arguable since Itachi also exists). Even comparing him to the likes of a 5 year old toddler like Kaguya is just insane, much less to Hagoromo, who himself states that Madara is many times over stronger than him
Hagoromo never said Madara was stronger than him, only that he was getting close to him. Getting more Rinnegan doesn't give more strength, speed or chakra. It just amped his Rinnegan abilities, and Rinnesharingan just gave him more abilities. Yeah he's way smarter and a way better villain than Kaguya but come on dude, he's not stronger. Literally the whole point of Kaguya in the story, how she comes back, everything, points to her being stronger.

You made a good point up until you had Naruto at number 3. If you scaling all the others at their strongest then you should be using Boruto era Naruto. Now as I said it’s more likely kushina would lose but it’s not 100% certain cause she can still very well win against either of them if she was well versed in all of her uzumaki clans sealing jutsu’s which I imagine didn’t just have defensive sealing jutsu but also offensive sealing jutsu like the reaper death seal which basically would kill her and anyone she uses it on (though orochimaru is the exception for not dying but lost the ability to cast and wield jutsu after losing his arms).

If a 1v1 ever happened with sakura/tsunade and Kushina. I can see Kushina easily restraining them with chakra chains(if kurama can't escape them, then even with byakugou they can't break them) and ending the match in a stalemate. Also her adamantine dome is unbreakable during the sealing ritual making it strongest defensive barrier we saw so far as strong as susanoo is so she can just defend herself well.

So everything in the story was approved by him and fits his artistic direction (aliens, karma, shinjutsu, cyborgs, transedence of life becoming a God etc) but shippuden purists are just delusional...
The Jinchuuriki's from two to seven are really under developed in the series, would've been great to see more of them...
We could've at least gotten fillers of their stories or flashback chapters/episodes of Naruto meeting them when he was travelling with Jiraiya...

A few issues with this list.
1. You mentioned Roshi and Han used an Avatar state of their Tailed Beasts, when it wasn't confirmed. What we see could very well be just their version of a partial transformation like Bee uses.
2. You have Madara over someone like Kaguya. It took the combined effort of Hagoromo and his brother to defeat their mother while Naruto and Sasuke only possess Hagoromo's full power split into them equally. Therefore, Kaguya would be a the superior Jinchuriki no matter how you look at it.
3. Through technicalities, you could consider Sasuke as a Jinchuriki briefly when harnessing ALL 9 Tailed Beasts into his Perfect Susano'o. Yang Kurama told Naruto this was on the same level as Hagoromo, with the exception of making his Perfect Susano'o act as a Gedo Statue. While he wasn't a Jinchuriki like Naruto and others, he definitely achieved Jinchuriki control level by utilizing their power. His comment made to Naruto after the transformation was "You hold only a little piece of each Biju's chakra..." compared to him holding all of it. Just how you considered Kabuto the "best" Rinnegan user through technicalities, we can do the same with Sasuke's Biju Perfect Susano'o.
i think its closer to an avatar cloak than partial transformation because if you look closely at the edges of the bijuus, you see chakra squiggly flame aura like the ones you see around a susanoo and around kurama when he’s damaged and missing half his face. if you look at han and to the upper left (right under the 5 tails leg), you also see that squiggly chakra aura. i think all tailed beasts jinjurikis are capable of it but not all are able to do it. this could perhaps be due to their contract or the type of seals used. killer bee did say that his seal was inferior to naruto’s seal. naruto’s seal was from the reaper death seal which sealed split the soul/chakra of the nine tails into halves. maybe that’s why he has extra abilities? it’s a seal that costs the caster’s life so it’s pretty strong and sophisticated 🤷

It definitely would explain why out of the 4 with great control and cooperation with their Tailed Beasts, (Han, Roshi, Bee and Naruto) that only Bee differs from them. If it boils down to different seals, then I think that should've been explored. My other theory is that this is Kishimoto 9 years after his original series ended either forgetting or simply adding in lore illustrations on how partial or avatar transformations look. We all assumed that Naruto was the only Jinchuriki that was different for some reason based on how he is the only one to possess a Chakra Mode, unlike the others. Even compared to the Perfect Jinchuriki such as Bee. Which is why he was capable of performing an Avatar of Kurama (Also, we thought this was due to him being Ashura reincarnated who too had an Avatar state). Then we got to the Minato manga and now we're shown more details.

Hello physicist here, those planetoids were nowhere near the size of the moon. The moon is roughly 2% of the size of the planet Earth. That sounds small but it still has a radius of 25% of the earth. Even in that picture where you compared it, it was still a quarter of a million miles away. Group all those planetoids together and it MIGHT be half the radius of the moon, but you have to remember that volume is cubic, so that would still be around only 10% of the moon's size.
The Moon in the Naruto world is not the same moon as in our world

As for the Rinne Sharingan, Madara unlocked that by having a Rinnegan and flying to the moon, which he says so himself. Has nothing to do with surpassing Hagoromo. All it does that we know is give him Infinite Tsukuyomi, which Hagoromo is immune to with his Rinnegan like Sasuke, and Kaguya's dimension shifting powers, which Hagoromo can counter with his own space-time ninjutsu or just fly and survive the environments like Naruto. Hagoromo can see, sense and touch his Limbo clones and can create living things and reshape reality with Creation of All Things. He can create the moon sized Chibaku Tensei by himself now even without the Juubi as a ghost. The Chakra used for the seals was separate from the permanent gifts and went back to him after the seal was done.
Hagoromo is >= Juubi Madara + SPSM Naruto + Rinnegan Sasuke.

It was never stated in the series that the most tails an Tailed Beast has, the more powerful It is. It just happens to the 2 strongest Tailed Beast are the ninth and the eight. Shukaku said in the series that he hates Kurama for thinking this exact same logic you did.
I would say Shukaku is in mid tier of the beasts. It confronted really well Gamabunta, was usefull against Madara and its Magnetic style is op.
While that is a way of looking at it we know that the two strongest are the 8 and 9 tails and given the utter lack of feats they all have especially when compared with each other it's very easy and most likely to infer that the more tails the stronger even if it's just considering raw power and some may have a larger gap than others than they can also matchup check each other as long as they are in the same set essentially they are all similar in power but the difference seems to be almost exponential in difference with the two the higher end of the tailed beast having a substantial difference when compared to those below them like how half the 9 tails is enough to rival 4 of the others if I remember

A lot of people already said this, but I'm sorry, Hagoromo should be #1. He defeated the Ten Tails/Kaguya with Hamura, and THEN became a Jinchuriki of the complete Ten Tails (Madara missed half of Kurama). Also, those Chibaku Tenseis don't rival the moon together, only how it looks like in the sky. If it's anything like our IRL moon, it's WAY farther from Earth and bigger than you think (making it look way smaller). Look up the distance to scale. If the Earth is scaled to a baseball, the moon's still several feet away.

But even then, Hagoromo said that as a ghost without the Juubi. As a living person without it he beat the Juubi with Hamura, and that Juubi (unknown to them according to Zetsu) was Kaguya merged with the Divine Tree.
Hagoromo and Hamura were enough to beat that version of the Ten Tails and sealed its chakra into Hagoromo. Jinchuriki Hagoromo is arguably stronger than Kaguya, depending on how much chakra if any wasn't sealed into him but in the Chibaku Tensei Moon.

For the guys talking about hagoromo positon, we must remember: Hagoromo himself told naruto and sasuke that kaguya was stronger than him and also said madara was becoming just like kaguya. Hagoromo never had a rinnesharingan and not only madara had this but also absorbed the Divine Tree.... So: they were both jinchurikis of 10 tails but madara got more power ups(rinnesharingan and divine tree).
Hagoromo was likely talking about himself at the moment or when he fought the Ten Tails/Kaguay, and he still never said he surpassed him. If he was powerful enough to beat it/her with Hamura even before becoming a Jinchuriki, his power afterward should be beyond both of them. Remember also, he literally gave Naruto and Sasuke power that together threatened Madara and then bear Kaguya with a technique he gave them and then went back to him (the seals). The Ten Tails is also literally the Divine Tree merged with Kaguya. Obito spit it out earlier, Madara just got it back. Then Black Zetsu still had to power him up way more to turn him into Kaguya. All he has on him is the Rinnesharingan but he was missing half of Kurama and bits of the others.
One eye Madara was getting close to his power and double eye is a X times increase in power, then there's also the power increase by the Rinnesharingan (in fact there's also the divine tree but we don't know how that behaves when it comes to power), then Madara is literally the smartest character in the series (arguable since Itachi also exists). Even comparing him to the likes of a 5 year old toddler like Kaguya is just insane, much less to Hagoromo, who himself states that Madara is many times over stronger than him

She had special chakra and higher lifeforce that's compatible with being Jinchuriki even among uzumakis. She was a Fuinjutsu specialist and I don't think she's skillful or powerful as Tsunade. Even without Creation Rebirth jutsu, Tsunade was recognised as World's strongest Kunoichi.

Actually, tailed beasts weren't a thing at this point in the story, which means no tailed beast bomb either, which probably also means no special Shukaku sealing abilities. With all that, even if they're realtive in speed and strength, Gamabunta gets taken down low-mid diff.
