Hey. Your looking better and healthy. My umbilical hernia has a months and months wait. Good news on pre operation tests is 60BPM resting heart rate and BP is 122 / 75. Karate and kettlebell lifting paid off I think, and genetics. I’m 61 and eat meat by the pound, if I cut down my joints and everything overall gets weak. I can get a specialist in Maryland to operate right away for about $3,300 so $5k with travel. I’m asking for mesh due to the high impact activities I do even though it is a small hole 1/2” wide by 3/4” I don’t want to blow off a year waiting… It will be no charge if I wait. Yeah I agree, the sooner the better. With my recurrence I have to wait, but I want to get it fixed as soon as it’s feasible for me. Good luck!
