Justin, they only toured once recently. They had taken a break cause it was only Matt. He recently found a full-band. Trust me. I saw 'em live and they told me the story.
Spencer, ISMFOF was originally 2 guys until live shows. Then the band kind of died off after the 2nd album, but Matt wanted to revive ISMFOF. They are back and better than ever.

I'm so fucking happy this band is back. (Yes I have been around since Matt announced Caterpillar Sex back in 2013). I am a long time fan. (29 years old). I have been around since the MySpace days when Crank That got them massive exposure to turn into "You Can't Spell Slaughter Without Laughter". I have witnessed it all. Even when Nabil Moo left the band for College. I loved "Astral Rejection" in the mild sense. I'll be honest, most of that album did not catch my ear as much, but I did love a few songs off it. About 2012 is when the band went rock bottom. Epitaph's contract was up, Matt went through several "unofficial" members like Chris Lent, and Josh Miller, and counting touring members as well. I love Matt but I know he was the issue and I think he will admit that today. Personalities clashed and in turn left Matt by himself until near the end of 2015. He worked independently on Caterpillar Sex, promised several release dates. Now I believe he has a permanent dedicated line of members. So far Nate, And Jonny appear to be in it for the long run, and I love those guys, I have a good feeling about them. I think this will be rise and long running for ISMFOF. It appears they are here for good. Astral and Caterpillar are far too complicated lyrically for catchiness, but so far this Fourth album feels more like old ISMFOF, with a new twist, and I couldn't be happier!! Mind you, I am not for not changing musically. A evolving band is a good thing, or the music gets stale. I don't necessarily want another YCSSWL, I want the album to be catchy, innovative with some old elements from that album. Judging by these lyrics, they are FAR simpler than Astral and Catarpillar, and I like that. I want to be able to sing a song back without studying it for months. This song is a step in the right direction, it's catchy, and overall good song.
