this is what I was taught by a native American Shaman, the body has a magnetic field around it an sometimes get out of aline, the unaligned spot are places in the body that need to be realigned, an bye using certain types of stones , which each have there own, magnetic field, are used to realign those areas in the body it heals the body to it original state.
Everything that exists is made of energy light and vibrations, magnetism. This means each stone resonates at a vibrational frequency. When working with Crystals you are trying to synch your vibration with it's to gain benefits.
The magnetic field you speak of is known as your torus field or your aura. It is around a 5 foot circumference and a perfect sphere. It's a sphere cus the human body has a north and south pole and energy flows into and out of us in all directions sort of like rasengan from Naruto for imagining/ visualization purposes.
This field is affected by your morals and reasonings behind your actions. Negative thoughts, not caring for others, selfish desires all that sort of stuff lowers your vibrational frequency and thus put holes in your torus field allowing you to get sick or have bad things happen so you can learn the lesson and grow. The Crystals can help repair this field for you, but you have to align the right stone to the problem causing the gaps in aura. TRUE Self transparency is needed or it's pointless.

Example: if you get sick what do you do? You lay around till you're better right? It's like an excuse to be lazy. If you're lazy all the time, universe goes ok let me give you a reason to be lazy since you want it so bad. Which means you manifested your own sickness. This is just an example, but it holds true to everything negative and positive (high and low vibration). You attract what you're ready for.

Thanks Mum, good short teaching. Sorry about the rude comments! This is just a starting point not a full lesson. Give the girl a break. Do your research. There is more of course. Minerals have energy properties and they can be used to heal or improve ours. It just takes some homework and a desire to know. You Tube is a great place to start. For Visual Learners like me this is especially helpful.
By the way, read what Nicola Tesla had to say about crystals. They are incredibly powerful. We would not have electronics without them.

I'd like to mention the crystals you buy must be cleansed and then synched to your energy.
Just wash with soap and water and you're good. Some stones absorb negative energy like onyx and you don't want other ppls stuff in it.

working with crystals is not for amateurs! They are extremely powerful and in untrained hands are very dangerous! Far too may people believe that they can operate them with impunity and trust me, such is not the case. I have many lifetimes of training and even I don't always work with clear or smokey quartz.

Crystals look cool, but to think they have healing abilities is utter nonsense. As a chemist myself who understands crystals down to an atomic level, I can say with great confidence crystals have no healing properties. IT'S LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE and has a 0% chance of being true. They are pretty, but that's it.

Hi Dano, your mum seems so lovely! and this vid to me seems like a nice little introduction to crystal healing, where she urges people to do their own research. I too am sorry there are so many rude comments!! Some people eh? If they are not interested and are uneducated enough to cal it bullshit then why bother watching!? However I do feel that the title of the video is misleading. I assumed as it says in the title that it would show how to do crystal healing. Perhaps a title change would help?

Crystal healers have been uncovered as frauds multiple times; not once has any crystal healing technique shown significant results.
Most "healers" don't even seem to know what crystals are - they are just using shiny things - because people are easily impressed by shiny things and attribute magical properties to them.
