Definitely, a great teaching video. I’ve been recently awakened and this video helped me a lot. I was doing self cleansing to unblock, balance and align my chakras. I was doing one chakra daily.
This is the short version of self cleansing when I was spending hours doing it myself.
Then I realized that all of of my chakras weren’t blocked. They just needed cleansing, balancing and aligning. This is a new journey and it’s great that there’s a lot to of helpful teachings like yours

Wow! I’ve used this video a few times now with my “travel size” stones and wands and today I paused to let the stones sit for a while and did a body scan meditation followed by silence for a while. Had my first visualizations during meditation - like swimming in a lava lamp with gold lava. 😮Finished up (alignment) with a rose quartz wand. I’ve felt soooo chill today. ❤❤❤A huge difference from a few weeks ago! I was a mess of anxiety and out of sync with everyone. 😢 I still don’t feel my chakras but I feel a little warmth in spots on my back. Also for hours afterwards my palms are warm. Will I start feeling my chakras with more work? Is the palm warmth to do with energy flow? Thanks soooo much!!!❤
Yes- the more you practice the more attuned you will become. There are powerful chakra/energy points in the palms of the hands, which you are feeling 🥰🙏

Hi Kate, I have a question for you:) first off I love your videos so thank you so much. From all the reiki training I have been doing I know that chakras have their own direction of movement (clockwise and anti clockwise) and they are opposite rotations for men vs women. I am curious to know why you do not align the wand with the direction of the chakra? For women crown chakra is going anti clockwise so why go the other direction? I want to work more with crystal healing so wondering why you wouldn’t go the direction of each chakra. Thank you!
Great question and thank you for the awesome feedback. I have studied many energy healing modalities and am a qualified reiki practitioner myself (so my response comes from a place of having that in mind). I have learned one thing with certainty - no-one is an expert when it comes to understanding the nature of something as divinely perfect and unknowable as the highest vibrational realms. When in doubt, I always look within my deepest soul for answers that feel 'right' at my core. In this case, I'd ask whether any other life-giving systems operate in reverse for men and women. Does a woman's blood circulate in the opposite direction to a man's? Do men breath in carbon dioxide and exhale oxygen, while women do the opposite? Do men and women's digestive systems operate differently and do women age in reverse to a man? The answer is no. Therefore, it makes no sense that our energy system would flow in the opposite direction. It is similar in theory to the idea that people on opposite sides of the equator have opposite spinning chakras, which I also believe to be non-sensical (otherwise cross-equator flights would be a disaster if our chakras suddenly flipped and started spinning in the opposite direction). I've always worked in the same way with men and women with excellent results. So, I invite you to work in a way that feels most resonant with you 🥰

Forks are not my area of expertise, but with a bit of intuition, innovation and free flowing creativity, you can incorporate any healing modalities with crystals!

Thanks for the heart feedback! Setting an intention is as simple as sending your intention for the healing into the stone. You can say it out loud or just in your mind. It can be general or specific, depending on what your client needs 😊💗
Hi Kate!, I'm wondering can we do this daily, every few days, weekly etc??. Also if we were to practice on someone else is it safe/ok to do it daily? Or does there need to be a break between sessions?. Thanks so much for these wonderful videos. I am looking at doing your beginners course :)
It takes time for the energies to settle after a healing, so it's best to leave at least a few days between sessions 😊

After a chakra clearing, it's best to allow 2-3 days minimum for the energies to settle 😊. Twice a week is fine!

Hello! I have a selenite stick, and a selenite cylinder….can I use either of these as a replacement for the Quartz stick? Unfortunately amethyst is not a grounding stone. As a general rule, stick to brown and black stones. If you search within my channel, you'll find a video I did specifically about grounding and grounding stones 😊🙏

I don't personally work with animals but they are very receptive to crystals! I would start by just letting them 'select' a crystal by placing a few out in front of them. Then try holding the crystal gently against their body 😊🙏

While cleaning the chakras from root to crown, I couldn't observe the cleaning of the crown chakra.
And how and where the crystal for the crown chakra was placed.
Was it on the ground close to the crown chakra.
This was interesting I've never seen a crystal healing before, the sensations you describe, warmth and tingling, sound similar to what I've recently started experiencing during my qigong practice, do you know if crystals can interact with biomagnetism of the body? I wear a clear quartz pendant during practice not sure if it does anything I just feel like maybe it does?
Energy flow is energy flow- whether from crystals, reiki, qigong, etc... the sensations can feel the same. Yes, clear quartz can positively impact the body's bio-magnetism 😊🙏

I'm so glad this inspired you! There are literally hundreds of possible combinations of chakra crystals to choose from, so there is no 'right' combination of specific crystals to purchase. Yes you can do this at individual chakras, however I still recommend having a grounding stone at your feet 😊🙏

Sage would not work in place of a clear quartz wand with the same results 🙏

You could use hands to channel the energy (in place of a wand) and place the quartz on the body at crown or higher crown 😊💗

I have a selenite tower would that work for the alignment part of the crystal healing? I have a reiki crystal chakra set all the stones are oval and flat the grounding crystal is hermatite so presume I could finish using this at the base of the spine, Do you cleanse the crystals after each treatment?
A selenite tower would be very heavy to work with, but yes, selenite is an appropriate crystal for this purpose 😊. Definitely cleanse your crystals after use!

Yes, black tourmaline is fine at the Earth chakra. I don't use sound frequency for cleansing (i prefer smudging) so you would need to research frequencies if you are using this method 😊

Thanks so much for this video. I’m new to all this but I’ve felt like something’s a bit off kilter for a while so I’m giving this a go. I purchased what you might call a “travel size” crystal kit on Amazon. Cleansed with running water and charged with my singing bowl. The stones/crystals are about the size of a regular marble and each has a matching wand (same stone/crystal) about the thickness of a pencil and about 1.5” long. Should I use the matching wand for each chakra or would the quartz wand be best for all? Also, I didn’t feel much (just some warmth at my feet) on my first try and wondered if the stones are too small?
I also felt a bit sick with a bit of a metallic taste in my mouth when I was done. 😬 Is that common for first-timers?
Welcome to the world of crystals! Using either wand option you mentioned would be fine. The stones do sound quite small, and as you saw in the video i powder working with larger stones because of their more powerful energy. But small stones still bring healing 😊🙏💗

You could use a tower but it may not be as effective. The shape is different which changes how the energy flows 😊

Thank you for your videos. I am actually 4 months pregnant, can I practice chakra cleansing on me? Starting from the heart chakra until the crown only and avoiding the rest to protect my baby? Will the energy coming down would hurt him?or should I avoid this and just practice a simple crystal healing Instead? Thanks for your help.
Developing babies are very sensitive to crystal energy. It's a good idea to completely avoid placing any crystals below the heart until 38 weeks 😊

Hi Kate, I am in the USA and was wandering if I am supposed to spin the quartz wand in the same direction. Anti-clockwise for clearing and clockwise for charging. Or would it be switched because of the whole northern hemisphere equator issue? Thanks Allison
I actually get asked that a lot! While I was living in Canada I did not change directions and it felt right, so I do not think it's necessary to make that adjustment 😊🙏
